1、江阴精亚集团空调工程公司工程部工艺规程KTGC-3.13-2008制冷机组安装工艺规程版 次01共8 页第 8 页一、 适用范围本规程适用于制冷机组地安装.二、 设备及工量具汽车起重机.卷扬机或手拉葫芦.交流电焊机.氧气瓶.乙炔瓶.割炬.活络扳手.水平仪等.三、 准备31 准备所需工具.32 对设备基础进行验收,保证其合乎要求.33 根据制冷机组安装工程及验收规范等规定,检查基础平面位置与建筑轴线.基础之间轴线位置和间距产生地偏差.资料个人收集整理，勿做商业用途34 检查预留孔洞和预埋件地位置是否符合设计要求.四、 安装41 将基础平面清理干净,按平面坐标位置,以车间轴线为准在基础上放出纵横中
2、心线,地脚螺栓孔中心及设备底边缘线见图A.资料个人收集整理，勿做商业用途42 将制冷机组搬运到基础旁,准备好设备就位地起吊工具.选择好绳索帮扎位置,绳索与机组表面接触处垫以软木或旧布.在制冷机组起吊坐落到基础之前穿上地脚螺栓,使之对准基础上纵横中心线,徐徐下落到基础上.此时将地脚螺栓置于基础地脚螺栓孔内.资料个人收集整理，勿做商业用途43 制冷机组就位后,它地中心线应与基础中心重合.若出现纵横偏差,可用撬棍进行拨正.44 用水平仪测量机组地纵横水平度.机组纵横向不水平度地偏差0.1,不符合要求时,用斜垫铁调整.当水平度达到要求后,用强度高于基础一级地混凝土将地脚螺栓孔灌实,待混凝土强度达到75
