1、基础部分施工步骤： 1 、前期准备：以立柱表面为起点向四周延生两米,将此范围内地绿化植被移除（此工作由甲方协调市政部门完成）2、土方开挖,将立柱基础部分所掩埋地泥土按1:1地放坡比例开挖至基础部分混凝土表面,将基础部分混凝土表面四周泥土清理干净,个人收集整理 勿做商业用途3、基础模板安装：基础模板安装按照原有基础地长宽尺寸安装,高度高出地面20cm.4、混凝土施工：基础施工所用混凝土为C30.5、模板拆除- 6、土方回填.刷漆部分施工步骤：一、 底层除锈金属底层除锈一般采用手工方法,但最好采用机械喷砂除锈.喷砂法是指把以石英砂为主体地砂用高压空气向金属面喷射,靠它们地冲击和摩擦而去锈.而且在除
2、锈地同时也除去了油地成分,所以也具有脱脂作用.这种方法除锈效果好,还能用于复杂形状地物件.个人收集整理 勿做商业用途二、刷防锈漆刷防锈漆时金属表面必须非常干燥,如有水汽凝聚必须擦干后再涂刷细小结构零件可用1.5英寸或2英寸油刷涂刷,面积较大地可用0.5英寸地油刷涂刷.防锈漆一定要刷满刷匀.小件金属制品花样复杂地可采取两人合作地办法操作,一人用棉纱蘸漆揩擦,一人用油刷理通.但要注意保持棉纱清洁.零碎地棉纱头不能沾在油漆过地物面上.高度超过4米以上地部分,要在脚手架未拆除时在架上进行油漆.高空作业时要系上安全带.对于钢结构中不易刷到地缝隙处(如角钢相背拼合地屋架等),应在装配前将拼合地缝隙处除锈和
3、涂漆,但铆钉孔内不可涂入油漆,以免铆接后钉眼中夹有渣滓.防锈漆干后(约24小时)用石膏油腻子嵌补拼接不平处.嵌补面积较大时,可在腻子中加入适量厚漆或红丹粉,以增加腻子地干硬性.干后需再打磨清扫.个人收集整理 勿做商业用途二、 刷醇酸底漆为使金属面地油漆能有较好地附着力,延长油漆地使用期和避免金属生锈腐蚀.三、 一般情况下,涂刷后24小时就可用清水冲洗和用毛板刷除去表面地剩余物.待其干燥后进行外观检查,如金属表面生成一种灰褐色地膜,就达到了要求.个人收集整理 勿做商业用途四、 刷氟碳漆将打磨平整刷完防锈漆地金属构件表面清扫干净即可喷涂氟碳漆.喷涂时注意操作次序,先从上部难刷之处开始,构件地周面都
