12、将环境生态意识融入供应链管理之中,促使供应链企业合理利用资源,减少对环境的危害,全面提高企业的“绿色竞争力”,是现代企业实现可持续发展的有效途径。目前绿色供应链的研究刚刚开始,尚未形成完整的理论体系。进行绿色供应链体系的研究对提高产品在国际市场上的竞争力、保护环境和实施可持续发展战略具有十分重要的意义。一、 国内外绿色供应链研究现状（一）国外绿色供应链的研究国外有关绿色供应链的研究可以认为最初开始于绿色采购，1994年Webb研究了一些产品对环境的影响，建议通过环境准则来选择合适的原材料，同时注重再生利用，进而在此基础上提出了绿色采购的概念。1996年，在美国国家科学基金 (NSF)资助下，密
13、歇根州立大学的制造研究协会(MRC)进行了一项“环境负贵制造(ERM)”研究，正式提出了绿色供应链的概念，将绿色供应链作为一个重要的研究内容。1995年CIPS (A joint Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply)和BIE(Business in the Environment)协会成立了一个实施绿色战略的组织，这个组织将通过改善供应链管理来实现商业活动的与环境相容，指出在最近的两年中的主要目标是帮助公共与私有企业认识如何通过提高供应链管理的效率来实现与环境相容及找出为了实现商业活动与环境相容的关键性的、与供应链有关的因素。英国工程和物理

15、供应链的研究具体包括以下内容：Fiksel ,Joseph (1995)在研究中指出:供应链管理是公司进行环境管理的重要工具，具体来看主要表现为制造商对供应商的评价标准从过去的质量、交货的及时性、价格等因素深入到供应商的内部活动、环境管理绩效等因素，在其论文中指出了评价供应商应该考虑的基本因素:在此基础上进一步指出供应商可能通过一些公认的标准来显露其环境管理水平与绩效，他认为IS014000体系的认证是一个有效的方法，但同时也应该全面地有效地评价供应商的环境管理行为。Lamming ,Richard，Hampson ,Jon 等人(1996)利用供应链管理的思想对供应链中的消费者态度、政府的法
16、律及制造商对环境的负影响进行了分析，指出在绿色供应链中的如供应商评价、精益供应链及在供应链内建立合作战略等有利于改进整个链的活动与环境相容的程度；对美国的5家大型企业的供应链行为进行了分析，从环境管理的角度提出了改进的方案。Steve V Walton ，Robert B Handfield，Steven A Melnyk(1998) 重点研究了如何在供应链管理中加入环境因素的问题，认为现代商业时代企业不可能忽视环境这一主题。越来越多的政府规制、公众日益突显的环境意识均要求使得对环境的关注变成现实，要求制造商将环境议题提到了战略规划的要求。与此同时，制造商开始集成供应链过程来降低成本、提高其服务质量。这两个趋势不是独立的，公司必须通过联合供应商与销售商来满足消费者及政府对其所提出的环境预期。他们对家具工业中的五个案例的研究得出“环境愈识供
