3、 新中国成立以来我国普通学校音乐教育的目标从初步确立到目前形成较为系统和成 熟的目标体系它的发展脉络始终贯穿体现在我国国家教育部颁布的教学大纲里当然还 有目前所沿用替代教学大纲的课程目标通过回顾历次大纲和课程目标中关于音乐学科教 育目标的内容可以看出它们在各个时期所起的积极作用对于音乐教育目标的探讨具有 重要的借鉴意义音乐教学大纲分为小学中学和高师音乐教学大纲而其中初级中学音 乐教学大纲居于最为关键的地位因此笔者试图从初级中学音乐教学大纲为切入点按 社会历史的每一突出性阶段进行划分对之进行较为全面详尽的整理分析并对国外具代 表性意义的较为先进的音乐教育目标进行归纳与剖析从而对我国普通学校音乐教
4、育目 标做出较为深入的思考与尝试性总结本文共分四个章节来回顾历史分析现实对比国 内外并进行总结性思索以期能对我国普通学校音乐教育目标的形成与发展进行较为详 细全面的研究与探讨 第一章主要将音乐教育目标的概念内涵作了详细论述并结合音乐教育目标的层次 划分将音乐教育目标的作用和意义进行了概括性总结最后提出了音乐教育目标确立的 依据 第二章是对建国以来我国普通学校初级中学音乐教学大纲和课程标准中对音乐教育 目标的制定在不同历史时期的变化与发展进行了回顾并详细分析了每一次修订的背后所 蕴涵的理念和意义 第三章通过综析匈牙利德国美国各国的音乐教育目标和规划将其与我国的教育 目标进行了对比与分析找出了我国
5、音乐教育目标的传统优势和不足之处并进行了分别 论述 第四章是笔者对我国普通学校音乐教育目标的自我解读对我国建国以来所出现的音 乐教育目标和教育现状进行了思索并提出了我的音乐教育目标观 通过笔者对大量文献资料的整理分析对比与归纳梳理出较为清晰的音乐教育目 标的发展脉络深入研究每一步发展的背后所反映出的人文理念与精神对我国普通学校 音乐教育目标的发展有了更为深刻系统的思想与见解 关键词教育目标教学大纲课程标准初中音乐教育 2 ABSTRACT Since the founding of new China China established music education from primary
6、 school to a relatively mature system and the target system its development has run thr ough are reflected in the syllabus issued by the Ministry of education in China of course there are now alternative syllabus of the course objectives Outline by review conferences and on the aims of music educati
7、on in the curriculum content you can see that they play a positive role at the time for discussion of music education has important significance Music syllabus is divided into primary secondary and College Music curricula and living in the most critical status of junior high school music curriculum
8、So I tried to junior high school music curricula as a point of broken down by each of prominent stages of social history finishing for more comprehensive analysis and on the meaning of the foreign representative more advanced music education goals summary and analysis thereby contributing to the Gen
9、eral music education in schools of thought and attempt to make a more in-depth summary This article is divided into four sections to look back in history analysis of reality contrast and concluding thoughts at home and abroad with a view to the formation of the General music education in schools in
10、China and the development of more detailed and comprehensive research and discussion The first chapter of the concept meaning of music education goals discussed in detail combined with the music education objectives hierarchy the role and significance of music education goals generality summarize an
