3、素研究摘 要近年来国家提出以科技为核心的新兴产业发展战略，科技型小微企业的研究成为热点。科技型小微企业作为一个新型特殊企业群体,具有成长性高、创新能力强、发展后劲足等特点。从前人对科技型小微企业发展阶段的研究中发现成长期是科技型小微企业发展的关键时期，对此本文研究科技型小微企业成长期的成功关键因素既有理论意义又具有现实意义。首先，本论文通过阅读大量的文献，基于内外部环境视角，从行业环境、政府扶持、市场、资金、技术、管理六个方面总结归纳出科技型小微企业成长期的 24 个关联因素。然后，通过德尔菲法筛选出 18 个科技型小微企业成长期备选成功因素。其次，运用层次分析法提炼并最终由专家确定出 6 个
4、科技型小微企业成长期的成功关键因素。再次，通过德尔菲法对各科技型小微企业成长期成功关键因素制定评价标准，构建“九宫格”评价体系，分析其中五种特殊模式，对评价体系可能的变形进行修正，并给出五种模式下的决策选择。最后，将科技型小微企业成长期成功关键因素评价体系运用到实例中，评价 HT 公司成功的潜力大小，为政府选择扶持对象提供依据，并对政府扶持提出相应对策。关键词：科技型小微企业 企业成长期成功关键因素层次分析法本项目来源：导师主持广西软科学基金资助项目科技型小微企业成长诊断及扶助方案研究(桂科软 12252017）IResearch on Success Critical Factors in
5、the Growth Stage ofTechnology-based Small and Micro EnterprisesAbstractIn recent years, with the proposal of developing strategic emerging industries in Chinawith science and technology as the core, technology-based small and micro enterprises hasbecome a hotspot of research. As a special rising bus
6、iness group, small and micro enterprisesare characterized by strong innovative ability, great growth capability and sufficientdevelopment potential and so on. Through the former research of development stages oftechnology-based small and micro enterprises, we can find that the growth stage is a crit
7、icalperiod for the development of the enterprises. In this regard, the current research on thesuccess critical factors in the growth stage of technology-based small and micro enterprisespossesses both theoretical and practical significance.First of all, with the reference to numerous literatures and
8、 based on both internal andexternal environmental perspective, this paper summarizes twenty-four factors concernedwith the growing of technology-based small and micro enterprises from six aspects, includingindustry environment, government support, market, capital, technology and management.And then,
9、 Delphi method is applied to select eighteen alternative success factors in thegrowing of technology-based small and micro enterprises.Secondly, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is utilized to extract six key success factorsfor these enterprises and the final version is affirmed by experts.In additi
10、on, the Delphi method is applied to draft the evaluation criteria for the successcritical factors in the growth stage of technology-based small and micro enterprises andestablish the “nine-square-grid” evaluation system. Among them, five special models arediscussed and the possible deformation of th
11、e evaluation system is revised. Besides, decisionselections for the five models are also offered.Finally, the evaluation system is put into practice to evaluate the potential of HTcompanies so as to provide basis for the government to target the supporting object andpropose corresponding countermeas
