Consulting in China hasaccelerated quickly in the past 20 years, it has contributed very much in introducingmodern administra
7、tive theory from the west and in improving the competitive ofChinese enterprises. The American companies always occupied the leadership in theconsulting market of China in this course, their concept and operating mode becamethe mainstream.However, because of the differences of culture, circumstance
8、and history betweenChina and the west, especially China in a special market nowadays, the pure westernconsulting encounters hurdles often during its apply in local enterprises, and theconsulting effect is strongly limited. Meanwhile, Chinese enterprises also encounterdifficulties during the learning
