1、 济南大学毕业设计 摘 要选题意义:衡量水泥生产先进与否的标准主要有3个:即产品质量、能耗和环保,而其中能耗是目前各家水泥厂处于领先地位以及保持有效利润必须控制好的一项指标。选取日产5000t的水泥生产线煤磨车间立磨的工艺设计其目的就是更加深刻的熟悉立磨的工作原理,从而全面了解立磨在工作过程中出现的问题,以及解决问题的办法,最终达到节约煤粉制备过程消耗的能量,使水泥厂的利润得到有效提高。立磨的优点:1. 由于它是垂直的结构,只需要占用很小的场地面积。2. 由于结构紧凑,只需要很小的空间。3. 立式辊磨运行噪音低,其主要的噪音源自棍磨工作、传动马达、减速机系统、密封风机。4. 能够喂入较粗的物料

2、,物料粒径大约为磨辊平均直径的5%8%,可节省预破碎能量消耗。5. 金属的磨损量很低,大约比管磨机低25%,同时更换磨辊轮胎的时间非常短,因此只要很低的维修费用。6. 在一台机器中同时粉磨、均化、烘干、选粉和输送物料。7. 在粉磨和选粉空间中,粗粉能再循环,使之在粉磨/选粉过程中具有非常高的烘干效率。8. 立式辊磨具有很高的运转率,在水泥工业生产中是一窑配一磨,可得到最高的投资效益。设计原则:本次毕业设计的题目为5000t/d水泥熟料生产线煤磨系统工艺设计。在设计中本着节约资源、降低成本、减少污染、提高效率的原则,顺应新型干法生产线建设规模向大型化发展的趋势,参考近年来大型水泥厂的设计原则、设

3、计参数和设备规格,吸取他们设计的成功经验,采用他们的设计优点,使用一些新设备,如在石灰石预均化方面采用投资省的漏天矩形预均化堆场;在生料粉磨车间采用产量大、能耗低的辊式磨;在水泥粉磨车间采用粉磨能力大的辊压机+管磨系统。关键词:煤磨;收尘器;物料平衡 -53- 济南大学毕业设计 ABSTRACTTopics meaning:There are three main standards to measure Cement production is advanced or not.It is Product quality ,Energy Consumption ,Environmental P
