2、 关于铁路旅客运输效率效益问题国内外许多专家学者和旅客运输实际工作者 进行了许多相关研究和探讨所进行的研究大多从如何改善旅客运输生产条件的配备 如何加强客运市场营销广泛吸引客源如何提高客运工作人员素质如何进行成本控 制等角度进行的从铁路旅客运输效率与效益指标分析入手通过分析铁路旅客运输效 率与效益指标的主要影响因素系统把握这些因素的变化对旅客运输效率与效益的影 响并在此基础上进一步对提高铁路旅客运输效率与效益提出相关建议措施这方面的研 究尚不多见 本文首先提出了研究铁路旅客运输效率与效益的意义并在总结现有研究成果的基 础上说明了本文的研究思路与方法然后结合XX 铁路局自 1996 成立至200
3、5 年十年 旅客运输实际情况在对铁路旅客运输营业收入支出构成及影响因素进行分析的基础 上分析了铁路旅客运输效率与效益的指标及影响铁路旅客运输效率和效益各指标的影 响因素探讨了这些影响因素对铁路旅客运输效率与效益的影响分析了目前我国铁路 旅客运输尤其是 XX 铁路局旅客运输效率与效益的现状与存在的问题在上述分析结果 的基础上以及重点联系XX 铁路局旅客运输效率与效益的实际情况本文最后从6 个 方面对目前提高铁路旅客运输效率与效益提出了措施建议 关键词铁路旅客运输效率效益相关分析措施建议 I Abstract The Study On The Efficiency And Benefit Of R
4、ailway Passenger Transportation Abstract Efficiency and benefit is an eternal problem in the process of managing for any corporation how to take various methods to raise the railways capacity of passenger transportation and technique equipment level trying to achieve the development of good and fast
5、 is an important problem which is concerned very much by the whole of railway passenger transportation department How to do well in the transportation production in the good and fast development and how to optimize the passenger transportation production organization and strengthen the management in
6、 the transportation production process advancing the efficiency and benefit are all very important problems that the railway passenger transportation development cared about so there is very long-term and realistic meaning to investigate it Many experts scholars and railway passenger transportation
7、operators all made much reserch and discuss about the efficiency and benefit of railway passenger transportation Their reserch most made from one of these aspects such as how to improve the equipment of passenger transportation production condition how to strengthen the marketing and attract passeng
8、ers how to improve the quality of passenger transportation workman how to control the cost etc But there is little reserch that start with analyzing the indexes of efficiency and benefit of railway passenger transportation systemically hold the effect of the variety of these factors on the efficienc

11、ses the indexes and their influencing factors of efficiency and benefit of railway passenger transportation On the base of analyzing the composition and influencing factors of revenues and expenditures of railway passenger transportation this article also discusses the effect of these influencing fa
12、ctors on the efficiency and benefit of railway passenger transportation and discusses the actuality and problems existing in the efficiency and benefit of our railway passenger transportation especially in the efficiency and benefit of XX Railway Corporation On the base of above analysis and mainly contacting with the actual situation of XX Railway Corporation this article finally gives advice for railway passenger transportation department to advance the efficiency and benefit of passenger transportation from 6 aspects II
