1、论文题目:宝天高速公路BT8标施工进度计划与控制研究摘 要项目进度管理是施工企业项目管理的核心内容之一,项目完工工期能否满足合同要求是项目成功与否的重要标志,然而目前施工企业大多采用传统经验的方法进行项目的进度管理和控制,管理方法落后、手段单一、无系统性,因此结合实际项目开展项目进度管理研究很有必要。本文结合宝(鸡)天(水)高速公路BT8标项目,对工程项目的进度计划编制、进度计划优化和进度控制进行了较为详细的研究。论文首先分析了HW公司工程项目进度管理的现状,表明在公司下属的项目开展进度管理研究很有必要并且迫在眉睫。在综述了现代项目管理理论的基础上,对宝天高速公路BT8标的工程概况进行了介绍并

2、确定了该项目的目标和工作范围,采用WBS技术对项目进行了分解,对各工作进行责任分配。在此基础上,确定各个工序之间的逻辑关系和工序持续时间,利用Project2003软件编制了项目初始进度计划,确定关键路径和相应的时间参数。文章运用解释结构模型对影响进度的主要因素进行了分析,并对该项目的成本进行分解,计算出关键路径上工序的时间-费用变化率,采用时间-费用优化法对初始进度计划进行优化,编制出成本最低并且符合目标工期要求的进度计划,用于指导实际施工。为了保证进度计划能够有效执行,编制了进度计划的实施措施,制定了进度保证措施和进度保证体系,确保进度计划能有效指导施工。在项目实施过程中,采用挣值分析法对

3、工程进度进行控制,定期对项目进展情况进行全面核查,计算进度偏差和成本偏差,分析偏差产生的原因并及时采取纠正措施,实现对项目进度和成本两个方面的动态控制。通过研究,提出了一套适用于公路工程项目施工阶段进度管理的基本方法,该方法已直接应用于宝天高速公路BT8标,同时对类似公路工程建设项目的进度管理也具有参考意义。关 键 词:项目;进度管理;进度控制;挣值分析法论文类型:应用研究5Title:The study on the schedule planning and controlling of the construction of Contract BT8 of the Bao(ji)Tian

6、e facts.In this thesis, a thorough study was paid on the planning, optimizing, and controlling of the schedule of the project in accordance with the Contract BT8 of the Bao(ji)Tian(shui) Expressway. The actuality of the schedule management of the HW Company was analyzed at first, which showed that i

7、t is very necessary and urgent to put forward the study on the schedule management. On the basis of modern project management theory, the general situation of Contract BT8 of the Bao(ji)Tian(shui) Expressway was introduced, the objective and range of the project was given, the project was analyzed w

8、ith the technique of WBS, and the responsibilities of all the works were assigned. And then, the logical relationships and the duration of every working procedure were specified. An elementary schedule was planned under the help of the software Project2003, on which the key route and the relevant ti

9、me parameter were decided. In this thesis, the main factors that affected the schedule were analyzed with the Model of Explanation Structure. After the breaking down of the cost, the time-cost rate was calculated and the elementary schedule was improved by means of time-cost rate. So the reasonable

10、schedule with the lowest cost which can meet the requirements of the contract was decided to guide the construction. Whats more, the executive measures were planned to assure the performance of the schedule and the guarantee measures and system of the schedule were fixed to assure the effect of the

11、schedule. During the course of the execution of the project, the schedule was controlled by means of value earning analysis, the progress of the project was checked completely at regular intervals. And by then, the windages of the schedule and cost were calculated, the reasons there of were analyzed

12、 and measures to correct them were taken in time in order to control the schedule and cost of project.A set of methods of the schedule management of the highway project was introduced by the study, which had been applied in Contract BT8 of the Bao(ji)Tian(shui) Expressway. And they have provided imp

13、ortant reference for other similar highway construction projects.
