1、2012年春小学英语新标准第二册教学计划胡红梅一指导思想：社会生活的信息化和经济活动的全球化，使英语日益成为我国对外开放和国际交往中不可或缺的工具。学习和掌握英语，是对21世纪公民的迫切要求。加强英语教学以提高国民素质和增强国际竞争力，已成为我国基础。二、学生情况分析：三年级大部分学生对英语比较感兴趣，有一定的模仿能力，但由于刚学过字母，对单词读音的记忆有一定难度，很容易遗忘；并且他们注意时间不长，对一些游戏、直观图片等形式比较感兴趣。三、教材分析：本教材是根据教育部制定的国家英语课程标准和小学英语教学基本要求编写而成的。本册供以小学三年级第二学期使用。其设计和编写体现了外语教学思想的继承和发
2、展。在分析、研究许多种国内外小学英语教材的基础上，取其精华，博采众长，形成了本套教材特有的编写体系。同时，有吸收了当今国内外英语作为外语教学的理论和成功经验，把这些教学理论和实践经验同我国的小学外语教学实际相结合，以形成我国小学英语的外语教学模式和教学方法。本册教材具有以下几个特点：1、注重学生语言运用能力的培养，突出语言的实践性和交际性，同时也突出语言的真实性和实用性。2、注重学生自学能力和学习策略的培养（转载自第一范文网http:/，请保留此标记。），为学生的进一步学习或终身学习奠定基础。3、注重中外文化的双向交流，使学生通过学习，培养未来跨文化交际所需要的能力。4、注重学生学习兴趣的培养
3、，以不同方式最大限度的激发学生的学习动机。5、注重融合学科内容，加强学科之间的整合和渗透，让学生通过英语学习来获得其他学科的知识。6、注重教材的灵活性和可操作性，以满足不同层次的学生的需求。7、注重教学资料的配套，为学生提供良好的英语学习环境，帮助学生拓展自我发展的空间。8、注重中小学各阶段的衔接，以保证各学段的顺利过渡，全面提高中小学英语教学的整体质量。四、教学目标：1培养学习兴趣，实现愉快教学小学英语是小学生接触英语的起始启蒙阶段，激发起学生学习英语的兴趣，让他们从小就喜爱英语，无疑是非常重要的，这就要我们教师必须在课堂上开展愉快教学，让学生保持良好的学习情绪.2保持课堂教学的高密度与有节
4、奏高密度包含两个方面，一是指学生英语时间的量要大，面要宽，二是指课堂上学生个别训练量要大，尽可能多地提高学生口语操练和口语交际的人次。3积极进行英语思维用英语组织课堂教学,不讲或少讲汉语。为了使课堂教学顺利进行,并使之生动活泼有趣,教师可以借助图片、实物或模型等直观教具和表情、身势以及其他副语言行为辅教。三、方法措施1、认真备课，钻研教材，抓紧课堂教学，做到当堂内容当堂掌握。2、运用各种不同的肢体语言来辅助教学。3、在课堂上多开展一些有趣的活动、游戏让学生在活动中学习英语，在生活中学习英语。4、多为学生营造一些学习氛围，如：创设英语角等等。5、要求学生在课余时间尽量的运用已经学习的英语进行对话
