1、 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 重庆法国水师兵营保护与再利用研究 专 业：建筑设计及其理论 硕 士 生：赵 伟 指导教师：杨豪中 教授 摘 要 近年来，随着遗产保护意识的加强，各地历史建筑保护工作也相继展开，法 国水师兵营保护项目就是对历史建筑保护进行的一次有意义的实践探索。法国水 师兵营在重庆开埠历史上占有非常重要的地位，不管是在文化方面还是在社会生 活、经济等方面对重庆的发展都产生了深远的影响。它反映了外国文化进入中国 时，如何与重庆地方文化的融合，是研究重庆城市发展史的重要史料，具有极高 的史学价值。而作为西洋建筑，它在建筑技术和艺术方面也体现出了很高的研究 价值。当今社会，随着人们生活
2、水平的提高，其体现出来的诸如提升城市文化内 涵、增强人们归属感等方面的社会价值和建筑自身属性的再利用价值逐渐得到了 人们的重视。但由于水师兵营现阶段的破败，需对其立即进行保护。对于法国水 师兵营具体保护原则，是基于对国内外相关保护理念认识的基础上确立的。而国 际社会对历史建筑保护理念的认识，随着奈良文件的出现而达成了共识，将 原真性确立为最基本、最核心的原则。对于国内来说，保护理念也开始与国际接 轨，并逐步在完善。在这种理论背景下，以法国水师兵营的现状为基础，结合历 史变迁与价值评估分析，确立了本次保护原则和相关技术等问题。从而对法国水 师兵营的实践保护提供有效的指导，确保水师兵营的历史信息和
