7、Microsoft SQL server 2005 作为后台支持数据库，通过使用 JDBC 数据接口来连接 Microsoft SQL server 2005，并对其编程来实现各种功能,进行数据库操作，有着最好的 兼容性。 本系统的主要功能为：主要功能有科研管理员管理、教师管理、管理员帐号管理、 资源管理、项目管理、项目审核管理、教师个人项目管理、论文管理等。 本系统设计的数据库应用简单，容易开发，该系统基于 B/S 架构，通过与 Microsoft SQL server 2005 数据库服务器构成三层 B/S 架构进行开发的科学研究机构管 理系统，力求与实际相结合具有科研日常管理和检索等功能
