2、集中论述了城市特色街区的含义、类型和特征，指出 城市特色街区应具有文化多元、整体开放、过程体验性、效益显著等特点，认为影 响特色街区发展的因素应包括特色定位、与商圈或中心商业街的配套程度、配套设 施、宣传力度、各业态提供的商品和服务的质量等。论文进一步提出发展城市特色 街区应遵循规划设计先行、统筹协调推进，科学合理定位、打造鲜明特色，政府适 当引导、按市场规律运作，慎对建设细节、完善配套功能等运作原则。论文的第三 部分，重点对武汉市特色街区发展进行了认真的分析。研究表明，武汉市特色街区 的发展在经历了三个发展阶段之后，已经展现出初具规模，优势明显的势头。但目 前也还存在一些问题，主要有：缺乏周
3、密的整体规划和鲜明的特色定位；忽视街区 文化内涵的挖掘；配套设施和服务项目尚欠完善、街区后续管理未同步展开等。为 理清发展思路、积极寻找对策，论文进而对国内先进城市特色街区建设的经验进行 了学习、借鉴和总结，探讨了成都、上海、杭州、长沙四个城市特色街区发展的经 验。最后，论文针对武汉市特色街区发展中存在的问题，在汲取国内先进城市宝贵 历史经验、继承规律性特点的基础上，提出具有一定建设性和可行性的对策建议， 希望能对武汉市特色街区的发展有所裨益。 关键词：关键词：武汉市；特色街区；特色定位 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II Abs
4、tract A citys construction and development cannot be separated from the construction and development of its unique streets. Even though Wuhan is the political, economic and cultural center of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, Wuhan must strengthen the research and construction of its special
5、streets, develop significant local culture, promote the pace of urban renewal and construction process to re-ignite the “characteristics“ and “charismatic personality“ of the city in order to achieve the first advancement in the central region. The paper is divided into five major parts: The first p
6、art, the introduction, introduces a more comprehensive selection of backgrounds, as well as the study of the necessity and importance of the development of the characteristics of streets in Wuhan City. Comprehensive evaluation is being undergone and discussions are being pursued in theoretical circl
7、es both at home and abroad for the development of unique streets to reach an outcome. And on this basis, the value of this research, its feasibility and research methods to be taken are expounded. The second part focuses on the characteristics of the urban neighborhood and by implication, their type
8、s and characteristics. Also, it focuses on the analysis of the impact of the constraints of neighborhoods on urban development. Furthermore, the development of urban characteristics should follow the principles of street construction. The third part introduces the general theory of characteristics o
9、f the urban neighborhood of Wuhan. Following a series of developments of the unique streets of Wuhan, the clear advantages of these streets can clearly be seen. However, there still remains several problems that further need to be resolved, such as being able to set a reasonable goal for development
10、. Part IV suggests that Wuhan explore and learn from the successful experience of the four domestically advanced cities like Chengdu, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Changsha. Part V deals with the problems faced during the development of the neighborhood characteristics of Wuhan City. Drawing on the valuab

14、 1 1 绪论绪论 1.1 选题背景及研究意义选题背景及研究意义 （1）研究武汉市特色街区建设与发展的重要性 特色街区浓缩城市历史、彰显城市文化、展示城市物产、体现城市品位、丰富 城市形象，对于城市经济社会发展和提高城市的宜居度、知名度、美誉度具有重要 意义。近年来，在转变产业结构，提高城市品位、促进经济发展的大背景下，城市 特色街区的发展成为城市建设、规划的重要内容。成都、南京、杭州以及青岛、丽 江、曲阜、绍兴等不少大中城市都十分注重特色街区建设，并取得了显著成效。武 汉作为长江中下游的政治、经济、文化中心也不甘示弱，在推进城市改造和建设步 伐的进程中又重新燃起对“特色”和“个性魅力”的追求
15、，近年来或者由政府出资 打造，或者由市场自然形成，武汉已有很多条特色鲜明的商业街道渐渐形成，如江 汉路商业步行街、万松园路精品街，吉庆民俗饮食文化街，户部巷小吃街等等。然 而时至今日，仍然还没有形成具有一定规模和高档次的特色街区。 （2）研究武汉市特色街区建设与发展的必要性 特色街区从城市的经济、文化、社会、环境等多个方面有机互动，把生活与创 业、文化与经济、历史与现代、传统与时尚、商贸与旅游等高度融合。一个城市的 建设与发展离不开特色街区的建设与发展，武汉市要实现在中部地区的率先崛起， 更加需要加强对特色街区的研究与建设，它的必要性主要体现在以下几个方面：一 是有利于促进现代服务业发展，特色
16、街区环境舒适、商品丰富，能够更好地吸引顾 客来此游览、购物、休憩，有效地扩大居民消费，促进武汉市商业加快发展。二是 有利于促进旅游业发展，特色街区是商业和人文的结合，是旅游运作的重要卖点， 往往是一个城市的标志和名片，一个成功的特色街区无不是作为城市重要的旅游景 点来建设和打造的。三是有利于促进汉派文化的继承与发展，由于在建设中集聚了 武汉市的人文历史、建筑风格、民俗风情等文化元素，因而特色街区在延续城市历 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 2 史、传递城市文化上发挥着重要作用。四是有利于改善武汉市的人居环境，特色街 区通过路面改造、卫生绿化、照明装饰等营造了良好的人居环境，辖区内居民的社 会生活及习俗往往成为其特色的重要构成要素(民俗风情特色街区、历史文化特色街 区尤为如此。因此，特色街区展示着城市的人文风貌，反映着城市居民的生活质量 和品位，在一定程度上代表着一座城市的形象。 （3）研究武汉市特色街区建设与发展的现实意义 目前，包括武
