1、中南民族大学 硕士学位论文 民族类学科在我国研究生学科专业目录中的设置与调整研究 姓名：吴爱华 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：教育学原理 指导教师：孟立军 20070101 中南民族大学硕士学位论文 I 摘 要 授予博士、硕士学位和培养研究生的学科、专业目录 （下称学科、专 业目录 ）是研究生教育科学结构体系的基础。在现行学科、专业目录 （1997 年版）12 个学科门类中，民族类学科主要分布在法学、教育学、文学、医学 4 个 学科门类中（见附录 B 表 1.1） 。民族类学科在我国的科学研究，人才培养和西部 民族地区稳定和发展中有特殊的地位和作用。世界经济一体化正如火如荼。一方 面，我国正在实施
2、西部大开发；另一方面，科学技术的迅速发展，各种交叉学科、 边缘学科和新兴学科的不断涌现。现有的学科、专业目录已不能全面反映学 科发展的实际，难以满足各种高层次人才培养的需要。笔者先期开展的民族类 学科在研究生学科、专业目录中的调整与设置问题研究专家问卷调查（见附录 B 表 1.2） 不仅证实了民族类学科设置和调整的重要性， 同时提出了目前在民族类 学科、专业设置中亟待解决的诸多问题。 文章首先介绍了民族类学科在我国研究生学科、专业目录中设置的沿革， 并对民族类学科设置的现状进行了分析。认为民族类学科被正式列入学科、专 业目录后，民族类学科得到一定的发展，取得的一系列的成就。但是，随着学 科知识
3、的不断更新，民族类学科在学科、专业目录中的设置逐渐暴露出许多 问题和不足。针对这些问题和不足，作者引入文化多样性理论，从社会发展的需 要以及民族地区人才结构的变化的角度论述了民族类学科调整和设置的必要性， 并通过对美国学科、专业目录的比较分析，提出民族类学科的设置和调整应处理 的关系、 应依据的原则， 以及调整和设置的具体建议和措施,并希望为新一轮的研 究生学科、专业目录的修订提供借鉴和参考，最终促进民族类学科的进一步 发展。 关键词：民族类学科，研究生学科、专业目录 ，设置和调整 民族类学科在我国研究生学科、专业目录中的设置与调整研究 II Abstract Discipline and S
4、pecialty Catalogue of Awarding Doctor and Master Degree and Cultivating Post-graduate Student (In short Discipline and Specialty Catalogue) is the foundation of the science structure system of the post-graduate student education. There are 12 discipline fields in current Discipline and Specialty Cat
5、alogue (1997 version), the nationalities disciplines mainly distribute in law, pedagogy, literature, and medical science, 4 discipline fields in all (refer to attached table 1). The nationalities disciplines play an important role and have a special position in science research, the talented person
6、cultivating and the western regions stabilizing and developing of our country. While economic globalization turns just in imposing array. On one hand, our country is carrying out west exploitation; On the other hand, science and technology are developing quickly, various cross subjects, edge subject
7、s and newly arisen subjects flow out continuously now. Existing Discipline and Specialty Catalogue already cant completely reflect the academics development, and is hard to satisfy various demands that talented person develops. The writer put up experts questionnaire in advance on Study on Nationali
8、ties Disciplines Setting and Regulation in Post-Graduate Discipline and Specialty Catalogue (refer to attached table 2), which not only confirmed importance of the nationalities disciplines setting and regulation, but also put forward many problems that badly needed to be solved in the nationalities
9、 disciplines setting and regulation in the meantime. The article firstly introduces the origin and development of the nationalities disciplines in Discipline and Specialty Catalogue, and analyzes the present condition of those nationalities disciplines. The writer thinks that after formally being in
10、cluded in Discipline and Specialty Catalogue, the nationalities disciplines gets to develop to some extend, and obtains a series of achievements. However, along with the academics knowledge continuously renewing, the nationalities disciplines in Discipline and Specialty Catalogues setting gradually
11、exposes many shortages and problems .Aiming at those shortages and problems, the writer introduces diverse culture theory, discussing a necessity of the nationalities disciplines regulation and setting from the angle of the variety of social development demands and changing structure of talented per
12、son in the minorities region. 16、的基础。随着科学技术的迅速发展，各种交叉 学科、边缘学科和新兴学科的涌现，现有的学科、专业目录已不能全面反映 学科发展的实际，难以满足各种高层次人才培养的需要。国务委员、教育部部长 陈至立在国务院学位委员会第二十二次会议上提出要加快研究生学科、专业目 录的修订工作。 新一轮学科、专业目录的修订工作已经开始，目前处于调查论证阶段。 中国学位与研究生教育学会负责先期开展了“国（境）外学科划分与专业设置情 况”的调研工作。调研报告不仅指出了目前国内外用于高等教育的学科专业目录 的大致特点以及趋势，还指出了修订学科目录应贯彻的指导思想，即， “考虑学科 设置的先导性、前瞻性和预见性，保持学科划分的科学性、规范性和完整性，提 高专业设置的灵活性，以确保管理和制度能够为发展服务” ， 具体修订目录时， 应考虑“学科门类设置的合理性、科学性，适当地根据学科发展情况整合、调整 现有一级学科；考虑到学科的发展性，建议设置一个相对灵活的区域，为新兴、 交叉学科留出一定的发
