1、西安体育学院 硕士学位论文 正迁移理论在背越式跳高技术教学运用中的实验研究 姓名：陈志坚 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：体育教育训练学 指导教师：周家颖 2011-05 正迁移理论在背越式跳高技术教学运用中的实验研究 III 摘 要 在体育教学与训练中，普遍存在着迁移和干扰现象，这种现象促进或阻碍着 运动技能的掌握。体育教学中为了使各项技能之间产生正迁移，减少和避免运动 技能负迁移的产生，应科学合理地组织教学手段，合理的运用正迁移理论，选择 有效的训练方法在体育教学中，正迁移理论的运用也是影响体育教学效果、教学 质量的重要因素，在普通高校体育教学中运用正迁移理论显得更为重要。 “为迁 移而教”已经
2、成为体育教学的指导思想。 本研究以甘肃省陇东学院体育系 2009 级（1）班 15 名同学和（2）班 15 名 同学为研究对象，采用文献资料法、专家访谈、问卷调查法、教学实验法、数理 统计法，在总结前人对正迁移理论认识的基础上，对专家调查问卷结果进行处理 分析，确定了对背越式跳高技术教学具有正迁移作用的辅助练习，运用正迁移辅 助练习于教学实验组教学中， 实验后对教学实验组和对照组的教学方法及教学效 果进行分析和研究， 探讨具有正迁移作用的辅助练习对背越式跳高技术教学的促 进作用，从而为教学与训练实践提供有价值的参考。 主要研究结果： （1）专家调查问卷结果表明，得分最高的五项问卷指标为：行进间
3、单手低 手投篮、30m 跑、跳远、跨栏跑和起跳后倒肩挺髋，以这五项指标做为教学实验 组学习背越式跳高技术的正迁移辅助练习。 （2） 本研究中， 实验后教学实验组技评平均成绩为 89.53 分， 标准差为 3.89 分，对照组技评平均成绩为 83.27 分，标准差为 4.10 分；教学实验组达标平均 成绩为 88.87 分，标准差为 3.69 分，对照组达标平均成绩为 85.53 分，标准差 为 4.09 分，充分表明教学实验组与对照组跳高成绩之间存在显著性差异。五项 辅助练习的学习促进了教学实验组对背越式跳高助跑起跳技术、 过杆落垫技术的 掌握，运用正迁移辅助练习提高了教学效果。 （3）本实验
4、采用的辅助练习与背越式跳高技术在技能和情景构成上具有相 似性，运用正迁移辅助练习能够促进背越式跳高技术的掌握，所以在运动技能学 习中，掌握好教材，在安排教学进度时尽量把学习内容相近、相互间可以产生正 迁移的知识尽可能安排在一起，做好先后教学顺序安排，以便在后期教学活动中 起到技能的正迁移作用，进而达到理想的教学效果。 关键词：正迁移；跳高；教学实验关键词：正迁移；跳高；教学实验 正迁移理论在背越式跳高技术教学运用中的实验研究 IV Abstract In the sports teaching and training, the widespread migration and interfe

Sports teaching between the various skills to make positive migration, reduce and avoid negative transfer of sports skills should be produced, scientifically and rationally organizing teaching means, re
6、asonable use of the positive transfer theory, choose effective training methods in the sports teaching the appears very important, also affect physical education teaching effect, the quality of teaching important factors, “for migrating and teaching“ has become the guiding thought of sports teaching

Based on the summarization of predecessors to the positive transfer the theories of the basis, through Xian sports institute experts investigation, screened for teaching back-style high jump technique with the positive transfer function in Gansu province, the auxiliary practice in London college a
8、thletics fasten 2009 level (1) class 15 classmates and (2) class 15 students as the research object, by using the method of documentation, expert interview, questionnaire survey method, experimental teaching method, mathematical statistics method for teaching group and control group teaching methods
9、 and teaching effects, this paper analyses and studies the positive transfer function with the auxiliary practice to technical teaching back-style high jump the promoting function of teaching and training, so as to provide valuable reference to the practice. The main research results: (1)The questio
10、nnaire result analysis of experts, to determine the highest scoring five questionnaire index: moving one-handed low hand shot, as run, long jump, hurdles run and jump down shoulder pretty hip, after group learned as teaching back-style high jump technique to the positive transfer of auxiliary practi

(2) In this study, after the experiment teaching group average scores for 89.53 technical evaluation, standard deviation, the control group for 0.89 technical evaluation standard for 83.27, average scores for 1.10; Average scores for experimental teaching standards 88.87, standard deviation for
12、0.69 group average scores for 81.53 standard, standard deviation, fully show for 1.09 experimental and control teaching between high scores significantly.
