2、供依据。 方法：方法： 在武汉市三镇六所中学整群抽取初一学生共2530人作为研究对象，采用青 少年健康危险行为、儿童期虐待问卷中文版（CTQ-SF） 、心理健康诊断测验（MHT） 、 父母教养方式（EMBU）等问卷进行心理健康状况调查，了解武汉市初中生的心理健 康情况和主要影响因素； 选择其中一所中学作为干预对象，采取整群抽样的方法 抽取3个班级结合MHT结果及个人意愿选择15名初一学生作为干预对象，采用自编的团 体辅导方案对其进行3个月的团体心理辅导，使用心理健康诊断测验（MHT）及团体活 动反馈表进行干预前后测查，评价团队活动对青少年心理行为的干预效果。 结果: 结果: 1. 青少年心理健
3、康状况描述 青少年MHT各因子得分均分在1.714.57之间，其中身体症状、恐怖倾向和冲 动倾向因子得分较高，均分均高于4分，孤独倾向因子得分较低；女生在对人焦虑、 自责倾向、身体症状、恐怖倾向、冲动倾向因子的得分及MHT总分均高于男生，且得 分差异有统计学意义（p0.05）； 存在心理问题（分量表8分或总分65分）的 青少年有654人，检出率为25.85%；其中女生在恐怖倾向和总分上的检出率高于男生， 差异有统计学意义（p0.05）。 2. 影响青少年心理健康的因素 单因素分析 不同家庭环境及家庭关系的青少年MHT总分不同，不同健康 行为表现的青少年MHT总分不同，且差异均有统计学意义（p0
4、.05）。 相关分析 MHT 8 个内容量表得分与 CTQ-SF 分量表得分大部分为正相关， 且大部分具有统计学意义，与父母教养方式各因子得分除与情感温暖理解为负相关外， 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II 其余皆为正相关，且大部分相关具有统计学意义（p0.05）。 多因素分析 在 0.05 水准上进入多元线性回归模型的变量有：性别、父亲教 育程度、父母关系满意度、父母是否有严重冲突、与父母沟通频率、父母期望是否过 高、情感虐待、情感忽视、父亲教养方式中的偏爱被试和过分保护、母亲教养方式中 的情感温暖理解和拒绝否认。 3. 团体
5、干预效果评价 干预后及干预后三个月干预组成员在对人焦虑、孤独倾向、过敏倾向、身体症状、 恐怖倾向因子得分及总分上的得分低于干预前，且差异均有统计学意义（p0.05），对 照组成员干预前后得分差异无统计学意义。干预组成员干预后人际交往能力、学习适 应能力得以提高，亲子关系较前改善。 结论：结论： 1.青少年心理问题不容忽视，女生心理健康水平低于男生，影响青少年心理健康 的因素主要有家庭环境和家庭关系、儿童期虐待经历、父母养育方式等。 2.团体心理辅导可以提高青少年的心理健康水平，改善其人际交往、学习适应和 亲子沟通方面的能力，是提高学生心理健康水平的有效形式。 关键词：关键词：青少年；心理健康；

7、tion of the adolescents in junior high school of Wuhan and the main influencing factor, search the possibility and practical styles of group psychology guidance in adolescents diathetic training,then form an important basis for making available interventions. Methods: 2530 calends come from six scho
8、ol of three districts of Wuhan by stratified cluster sampling were investigated by using Youth Risk Behavior，the Chinese version of CTQ-SF, Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstrun(EMBU) and Mental Health Test,to learn the psychological healthy condition of Junior high school students in Wuhan and the m
9、ain influencing factor by single and multiple factor analysis. Select one school, then sample 3 classes from the whole grade by using cluster sampling and select 15 students from the sampled classes according to the result of the MHT and their personal interests .Give the 15 adolescents group psycho
10、logy guidance by using self-regulating group guidance scheme within 3 months,then test them by MHT and members feedback table before and after the intervention and evaluate the effect. Results: 1. The description about the psychological healthy condition of adolescent The mean score in each factor o

12、actor, physical symptoms factor, horrible factor ,impulse factor and the total score,all the score differences have statistic significance（p0.05）; There are 654 adolescents who have some psychological problems (each factors score 8 or total score65) ,and the relevance ratio is 25.85%,and girls have
13、a higher relevance ratio than boys, the difference have statistic significance（p0.05）. 2. The factors that influence adolescents mental health (1) Single-variable analysis Adolescents with diffenert home environment ,family relation and behavioral expression have different scores in MHT, the differe
14、nce have statistic significance （p0.05）. (2) Correlation analysis Compare with each factor score of CTQ-SF,most scores of the 8 factors in MHT have positive correlation and most of the correlations have statistic significance ; Compare with each factor score of EMBU,most scores of the 8 factors in M
15、HT have positive correlation except emotion warmth and apprehend factor,and most of the correlations have statistic significance（p0.05）.
