The heat treatment process of 9Mn2V steel is: quenching temperature 780820 DEG C, oil cold, tempering temperature 150200 DEG C, air cooling, hardness 6062HRC. Attention should b

9、e paid to tempering temperature in the range of 200300 DEG C, temper brittleness and significant volume expansion should be avoided.Cr12 and Cr12MoV for high carbon high chromium steel, high wear resistance, quenching deformation is small, good hardenability, mold used for mass production, such as s

The life of punching die made of D2 steel is higher than that of Cr12MoV steel mould.D2 steel has slightly worse forging and thermoplastic properties than Cr12MoV steel
