2、践体制仍在 不断探索中中国物流业在国际环境下处于起步比较晚的阶段随着改革开放至今经 济的迅速发展物流行业的市场需求也在逐渐扩大进入 2 1世纪以来在国家继续 加强和改善宏观调控政策的影响下中国物流业一直保持着较快的增长速度物流体 系也在不断完善行业运行日趋规范和成熟 随着科技进步技术创新金融创新和市场竞争的日益激烈随着世界经济国际 化 金融市场全球化的发展 几乎所有的物流企业都面临着前所未有的风险管理挑战 构筑现代物流企业风险管理体制已成为每个中国现代物流企业必须面对的问题 另一 方面现代物流企业作为一个跨地区跨行业跨部门的开放系统连接着国民经济 的运输仓储包装装卸搬运流通加工配送信息等许多环
3、节这就促使现代 物流企业的风险具有其特殊性其特殊性致使目前以金融机构工商企业为研究对象 的风险管理理论不能完全照搬应用 很难指导解决目前现代物流企业所面临的风险问 题 此外 由于物流企业的管理理论首先起源于国外发展于国外 并且不断地创新 但是我国的经济体制市场机制国家制度及国家文化等方面不同于西方资本主义发 达国家因此对于中国现代物流企业的战略风险管理应该借鉴国外的风险管理思想 和理念并结合我国的经济体制市场制度进行理论的发展与创新形成具有中国特色 的现代物流企业战略风险管理体制本文正是在此社会背景下论述了现代物流企业 以及现代物流企业战略风险管理的相关理论 通过分析现代物流企业风险管理的外部

There are many mechanisms, institutions and business models are continuing to improve in, as an emerging discipline, the modern logistics industry in many ways, theoretical an

Chinas logistics industry in the international environment that is started relatively late stage, with the reform and opening up the economy since the rapid development of the logistics industry, market demand is also gradually expanding. Into the 21st century,
8、the country continue to strengthen and improve macro-control policy under the influence of Chinas logistics industry has maintained fast growth and logistics system are continuously improved, the industry run increasingly standardized and mature. As technology advances, technological innovation, fin
