The virtual netizens derived from internet has played more and more important role in actual citizen social, the net itself and communication relationship and even socia
4、l relationship is changed. Because supervision from netizen is encouraged by our government, the desires of in politics is unprecedented. But along the development, problems such as “net mob” was produced because of legal lack, real life is disturbed by some action in virtual society. The debate abo
5、ut the netizen opinion can reflect public opinions or not is intensified. At the same time, unprecedented prosperity of netizen opinion put forward new consideration about government ability, direction of public opinion of traditional media, and public attitude to netizen opinion expression.
