3、成为一个世界性 的问题。经济学理论认为，歧视破坏了公平，降低了工作效率，减少了社会总产 出，使整个社会偏离了帕累托最优状态。 农民工歧视是我国特有的社会现象。它作为劳动力市场歧视的一部分，一直 以来都受到学术界的极大关注，许多学者对此进行了深入而广泛的分析。现有研 究多是侧重农民工歧视的描述， 对农民工歧视产生的社会经济效应研究还十分稀 少。在社会转型期间，农民工歧视会产生一些新问题，必将对我国经济社会发展 带来更加深刻的影响。因此，从这个意义上来说，对农民工就业歧视所产生的社 会经济效应分析尤其必要。 本文综合运用文献分析法、规范分析法和实证分析相结合的方法，利用经济 学相关工具，分别从微观
4、、宏观视角对农民工歧视的社会经济效应进行分析。从 而得出以下结论：第一、农民工就业歧视对歧视双方均产生了负效应。歧视使得 社会总产出减少，并偏离了帕累托最优状态；第二、从理论上分析，农民工对城 市工人就业影响具有不确定性。通过对 2009 年数据进行实证得出，农民工对城 市工人就业并未产生负效应。因此，关于农民工就业歧视的政策缺乏合理性；第 三、 农民工就业歧视会减弱农村剩余劳动力向城市流动的意愿，从而减少向城市 流动的人口数量。另外，农民工歧视也会加大他们城市融入的困难。 本文试图在以下两个方面有所创新： 1、在原有基础上拓展了该领域的研究范围，较为全面地分析了农民工就业 歧视所产生的社会经
5、济效应。 2、运用“供给需求”工具对农民工和城市工人就业关系进行研究，并实 证得出农民工就业并不会对城市工人就业产生负面影响。 关关键键词词：农民工；就业歧视；社会经济效应 Abstract II Abstract Labor discrimination is a worldwide problem that is prevalent in both developed and developing countries. Economic theory suggests that discrimination undermines social justice, reduced work e

The migrant worker of discrimination is Chinas unique social phenomenon, as a part of the labor market discrimination, has been subject to great attention from aca
7、demia. Many scholars have conducted in-depth research, achieved fruitful research Achievement. Existing studies show that: first, the phenomenon of the discrimination of migrant workers is Widespread in China, and the impact is wide; Secondly, the source of discriminating migrant workers is that Chi

This paper uses the literature analysis, normative analysis, empirical analysis and the tools of economics to analysis the socio-economic effects of discrimination of migrant workers from the micro and macro perspective, drawing the following conclusions: first, discrimination of
11、migrant workers in employment market has negative effects on both sides. discriminating makes a decrease in the society total output and deviating from the Pareto optimal state; Second, the migrant workers weather impact on urban workers Employment opportunities or not is uncertainty according to th
