4、的现状及存在问题-原因分析-建议及对策-结论摘要 财务报表记录了企业发生的经济业务。财务报表分析是一种实用、有效的工具，通过财务报表分析可以了解企业经营状况，判断企业运营状况是否健康、合理，对企业财务报表进行分析有利于解决企业经营中的问题。近些年来，我国的经济蓬勃发展，详细分析了外界各种环境以及市场的需求情况对于会计的影响，探究其财务战略以及企业经营模式和盈利模式。除此之外，特别对房地产企业可能面临经营风险和财务风险进行了分析，大集团对各项风险控制的比较好，比较稳定，属于稳健型经营。经过分析得出，有些集团是以“低利润率，高周转率”的财务战略模式和“谨慎经营，控制风险”的经营模式使企业逐渐走向规
