11、good starting point to learn, study and work to do better in the future, and strive to create a new situation for school education contribute their立师德 铸师魂 建设一支教风纯正的教师队伍二十一世纪是知识经济占主导地位的世纪,世界的竞争是教育的竞争、人才的竞争。优秀的人才来自于学校的培养,我们看到,一代代优秀教育工作者的辛勤付出,为国家现代化建设培养了一批批优质的人才。“百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本。”教师是推动教育事业发展的主体,因此教

12、师队伍的建设,从小处说,涉及到一个学校的发展;从大处讲,关系到我们民族的伟大复兴。新时期,我们涌现了一大批优秀的专家教师;但也看到了随着从传统体制向社会主义市场经济的过渡,人们的思想、价值取向、道德准则和生活观念发生了一系列变化,对当代教师道德价值也产生了深刻的影响,表现在:部分教师没有进取意识,贪图安逸,不钻研教学,把时间和精力放在打牌娱乐上;部分教师“金钱”意识较强,过分计较待遇,整天怨天尤人,只讲索取,不讲奉献;部分教师缺乏责任心,备课不认真,教学内容陈旧,教学方法呆板,教学质量低劣;体罚和变相体罚学生、将学生赶出教室的行为也偶然有之,上课接听手机等现象依然在个别老师身上发生。这些问题和

13、现象的存在,严重影响了教师队伍的形象和声誉,影响了校风学风的整体改善,也影响了教学质量和科研水平的提高,极不利于学生素质教育的全面实施。因而,加强师德师风建设这一永恒的主题,在新形势下,更具有紧迫性。前苏联教育家苏霍姆林斯基曾指出:“教师的人格是进行教育的基石。”所以,从某种意义上讲,教师的职业道德不仅是个人意义上的品德问题,而且赋有深刻的社会意义。它关系到千百万青少年的健康成长,关系于祖国的未来。今天,在深入进行教育改革、全面实施素质教育的新形势下,我们的教育要求的是“育人”,而非“制器”。学生在学习过程中不是被动、消极地接受教育,而是主动地学习、观察与思考。基于以上的认识,在教学过程中,要

14、以言传身教引导学生树立正确的人生目标和学习目的,树立认真刻苦的学习精神和严格的学习纪律,更主要的是教师要真正做到以身作则,率先垂范。因而,进一步加强师德建设显得极为重要。 我们认为,优良的师德师风即一种“德性生活”:既有一定的理想性,有其“高于生活”的一面;又有“源于生活”和“为了生活”的另一面。易言之,我们不是把它当做一种唯有品德高尚者乃至极少数圣人才能拥有的生活,而是把它理解为大众通过一定的道德努力即可达至,具有较强亲和性,未必人人已有却为人人可有的那样一种超越基本道德伦理要求,有益于个人或群体实现幸福体验的普通生活。几年来,结合我校的实际情况,为建设一支教风纯正的教师队伍,在师德建设、营

15、造“德性生活”方面,我们着力推进三个层面的建设。一、强化理论学习,提高思想认识,提升师德水平学校的发展离不开教师的发展,教师的发展受制于教师自身的意识。一个学校如果没有良好的师德,就难以形成敬业爱生、团结拼搏的精神面貌,就难以形成良好的校风。为此我们制定了切实可行的师德建设工作方案。依据方案要求,开展常规学习与专项会议,系统地组织全校教师认真学习义务教育法、教师法、中小学教师职业道德规范、关于进一步加强和改进师德建设的意见等法律法规,要求教师领悟宣城市中小学教师四项纪律八项注意、广德县中小学教师日常行为六项规定,并通过座谈、讨论、自我反思剖析等方式,提高教师对师德建设重要性的认识, 陶冶教师的

16、情感,引导教师的行动。同时,组织各项外出培训,如观摩优质课教学、班主任论坛、国培计划等,组织教师认真学习全国、全省优秀教师的先进事迹,用他们的先进事迹为教师们确立崇高的师德榜样。使广大教师进一步提高思想认识,达成共识,明确师德建设是深化素质教育改革的需要,是建设高水平教师队伍的需要,是新时期学校精神文明建设的需要。通过强化学习,增强了教师的理论意识,提升了教师的师德水平。二、狠抓制度落实,严格教师管理,规范师德方向 我校根据新世纪、新时期教育改革和发展对教师提出的要求,认真分析学校师德建设工作现状,把师德建设与加强教师队伍的其他各项建设有机结合起来,统一领导、分工负责、互相配合、齐抓共管,做到工作落实、制度落实、组织落实、奖罚落实,取得了明显的实效,有力地促进了学校师德建设。 首先建立监督机制。学校成立了由校长任组长,校委会成员及工会主要负责人参加的师德建设工作小组。负责全校师德调查研究,检查评估和组织师德教育活动的规划,组织落实以及做好教师的职业道德、职业纪律教育等。师德建设工
