1、河北师范大学 硕士学位论文 制度创新与人的全面发展 姓名：史坤 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：马克思主义基本原理 指导教师：李素霞 20100510 III 摘 要 制度是人们在交往过程中形成的调整交往活动主体之间和社会关系的规则体系。 制 度创新是制度主体以新的观念为指导，通过制定新的行为规范，调整主体间的权利平等 关系，为实现新的价值目标和理想目标而自主地进行的创造性的活动。也就是说，制度 创新是针对原有制度弊端的改革和创新。 人的全面发展问题是马克思主义的一个重要的 哲学论题。人类社会的根本目的和核心价值目标是实现人的全面发展。制度创新与人的 全面发展相互影响，相互促进。本文试图立足于交往的
2、视角，把制度创新和人的全面发 展作为研究对象，进行哲学化的研究，深入分析二者的辩证关系，探讨在全球化背景下 如何加快制度创新，有效推进我国的制度建设，促进人的全面发展的问题，从制度层面 上提出了促进人的全面发展的措施，以期达到理论探讨与现实相结合的目的。 本论文分四部分： 第一部分为制度创新与人的全面发展的理论概述。首先对制度、制度创新和人的全 面发展作学理上的梳理，主要探讨了制度的内涵和功能、制度创新的含义及原则、人的 全面发展的内涵及时代意蕴，分析了制度创新的直接动因是制度与人的矛盾。 第二部分探讨制度创新对人的全面发展的积极影响。 分两个方面论述制度创新促进 了人的全面发展，一是制度创新
3、是人的全面发展的基础和保障；二是制度创新是人的全 面发展的现实途径。 第三部分阐述人的全面发展是制度创新的强大动力和价值目标。 主要从两个方面说 明人的全面发展对制度创新的影响。一是人的全面发展是制度创新的强大动力；二是人 的全面发展是制度创新的核心价值观和终极目标。 第四部分论述推进我国制度创新，促进人的全面发展的措施和和现实途径。首先分 析改革开放以来我国制度建设取得的巨大成绩； 其次分析我国制度建设中存在的问题及 其对人的发展的不利影响，透视制度与人的发展之间的矛盾，引出制度创新的必要性； 最后提出推进我国制度创新和人的全面发展的具体措施。 制度创新与人的全面发展研究具有重要的理论价值和
4、现实意义。 本文试图依据马克 思的研究成果，借鉴国内外研究成果，结合我国的基本国情和时代要求，对制度创新和 人的全面发展进行重新解读和深入分析，研究二者的互动关系，能够进一步丰富和完善 马克思主义关于人的发展的制度安排理论。我国正处于社会转型期，改革开放以来，我 国的制度建设取得举世瞩目成就，极大地促进了人的全面发展，但是也存在这一定的弊 IV 端， 深入分析制度创新与人的全面发展关系问题有助于探索我国在建设有中国特色社会 主义新时期如何加快制度建设和创新，促进人的全面发展的新途径。 关键词：交往 制度 制度创新 人的全面发展 V Abstract Institution is formed

Institutional innovation is institutional body takes a new concept of the main system as a guide, through the development of new codes of conduct, adjust the relationship between equality
6、 of rights, in order to achieve the new objectives of the values and ideals carried out independently of creative activities. In other words, system innovation is targeted defects of the previous system reform and innovation. The all-round development is an important philosophical topic of Marxism.
7、The fundamental purpose of human society and the core value goal is to achieve all-round development. Institutional innovation and all-round development are mutual influence and promote each other. This paper based on the perspective of communication, takes institutional innovation and the all-round
8、 development as the object of study, for philosophical research, in-depth analysis of the dialectical relationship between the two, explores in the context of globalization how to speed up institutional innovation, effectively promoting the building of our system, promote the comprehensive developme
9、nt of issues, from system level proposed to promote the comprehensive development of measures to achieve the combination of theoretical study and practical purposes. This paper consists of four sections: The first part is the system of innovation and the overall development of the theory outlined. F
