3、约关系开始变得不协调起来，企业发展过程中 带来的社会矛盾日益扩大，同时企业思想政治工作所依存的政治、经济、文化 等各种背景都发生了重大的变化，本文通过对企业社会责任产生的背景和相关 理论以及企业思想政治工作的内涵、理论依据、目标、现状及问题等进行研究， 本文围绕这两个概念展开，通过对二者之间关系的探讨，创新企业思想政治工 作，在强化企业社会责任的基础上，提升企业在市场经济中的主体地位，以促 进企业的发展。 首先，导言部分对论文选题的背景、研究意义做了阐述，概括了国内外企 业社会责任以及企业思想政治工作的现状，针对我国企业的具体情况，以及社 会和学术界的具体研究情况，提出了本文对创新企业思想政治
4、工作的思想。第 二章，阐述了企业社会责任的内涵、内容、核心价值取向及责任标准，并通过 论述当前我国企业责任缺失的问题，提出企业除了承担经济责任还应当承担法 律责任、环境资源责任、道德责任、慈善责任等责任。第三章，阐明了思想政 治工作的内涵、理论基础、价值和目标，通过对企业思想政治工作的积极作用 及当前面临问题的论述，结合小案例的具体评述说明我国企业需要思想政治工 作来保驾护航。第四章，论述了企业社会责任同企业思想政治工作的关系，通 过对企业社会责任同企业思想政治工作关系的论述，说明企业思想政治工作和 企业社会责任在内涵和目标上的一致性，都是为了协调企业和社会之间的契约 关系，维护社会的公平和正
