2、行现场的人才招聘或是通过媒体电视、报纸来实现的。但是这种招聘具有很大的局限性。因此在网上流行开了网上招聘系统，各种网上招聘给应聘者和雇佣者提供了方便，公司能够在不同时间收到几千份简历，供其筛选，从而选出合适的人才，而应聘者可以通过不同的网站来投递自己的简历，从而是自己得到更多的机会去面试成功。本系统名为基于Java web的网上招聘系统，在就业压力相当大的今天开发设计此系统。主要以java为开发语言，在web环境下，基于B/S三层结构模式，以MyEclipse为开发工具集成开发，配合MySQL数据库来完成本系统的各种功能。此系统针对需求设计了应聘者和招聘方还有后台管理三大款，详细的展现了在线求
