3、竞争的不断加剧，企业面临的压力越来越大，如何能够快速而有效的作出决策越来越成为企业生存和发展的根本，由此企业资源计划（ ERP）应运而生，企业信息化进程是来势汹汹，大势所趋。成功实施 ERP能够有效整合供应链资源，提高企业对市场需求变化的响应速度，进而提升企业竞争力。作为现代 IT技术为支撑的先进、复杂的知识含量极高的管理系统，其实施过程，实质上是实施咨询方和 ERP实施企业之间相互的知识转移过程，有效的知识转移是决定 ERP项目成败的核心因素，从知识转移角度研究企业信息化过程也是一个新的研究视角和方向。相比知识转移丰硕的研究成果，由于 ERP实施的复杂性和不确定性，针对ERP实施知识转移的研
4、究却还是处于起步阶段，研究层次不够深入，如有些采用了狭义的 ERP实施概念，并没有认识到实施前期准备等阶段的知识转移也同样重要，尤其是大多数研究以定性的研究为主，特别是少见对 ERP实施知识转移定量的研究，与蓬勃发展的 ERP实施活动相比，理论的发展落后于实践的需要。而系统动力学是一门分析研究信息反馈系统的学科，已经被证实适合用来研究知识转移这个复杂的系统，因此，有必要通过知识转移视角深入分析 ERP实施以及通过系统动力学方法定性的探讨如何提高知识转移效率等，以提高ERP实施成效。本文以 ERP实施为背景，在综述前人研究的基础之上，深入研究了 ERP实施知识转移模式，同时甄选出了影响 ERP实
5、施知识转移的关键影响因素，通过系统动力学建模探寻 ERP实施知识转移系统动力学特性，最后提出对策建议以期提高 ERP实施知识转移效率和效果。基于此，本文主要做了以下五方面的工作： 东华大学旭日工商管理学院硕士学位论文首先，综述了知识的含义与分类，并界定了 ERP实施知识的概念；综述了知识转移相关理论，并界定了 ERP实施知识转移的概念；详细论述了系统动力学的相关理论。其次，在知识转移现有研究的基础上，深入分析了 ERP实施知识转移模式，包括知识转移主体、知识转移内容，并提出了 ERP实施知识转移过程模型。同时，总结出影响 ERP实施知识转移的关键影响因素，建立 ERP实施知识转移影响因素模型。
6、第三，运用系统动力学方法对 ERP实施知识转移系统进行系统动力学建模，分析系统元素之间的因果关系，得出 ERP实施知识转移因果关系图和系统流图。同时，通过建立方程和设定初始参数值，运用 Vensim仿真软件对其进行模拟仿真，得出系统运行趋势及各影响因素灵敏度分析。第四，根据仿真结果得到启示，从实施咨询方和 ERP实施企业两方面提出了相关对策建议，包括提高转移阈值、提升初始企业知识存量以及保持双方知识存量水平等。最后，在总结全文的基础上，指出了有待进一步讨论的问题。关键词：知识转移，系统动力学，ERP实施，系统仿真 AbstractAbstractWith the continuous chan
