2、沃特S W O T 分析法斯沃特S W O T 分析常用于战略研究本文运用斯沃特 S W O T 分析法对广西东盟籍留学生资源开发过程中的内外环境进行分析在此基础上 提出了广西东盟籍留学生资源开发的发展对策 密切的历史地理渊源和中国东盟自由贸易区的建立为广西东盟籍留学生资源的 开发创造了良好的外部条件高等教育国际化趋势使其规模和空间得以扩大中国语言 热现象则推动了其发展的速度另一方面随着我国高等教育逐步向世界开放各国各 有特点的高等教育发展状况及对留学教育的不同需求以及国际国内抢占留学生市场越来 越激烈的竞争这些又为开发进程带来了新的挑战 广西留学生教育经过多年的建设具备了一定的发展实力无论是
3、区位价格优势 还是学科和人文优势都是促成周边东盟国家学生来广西学习的主要动因但我们也应看 到这个过程中存在的不足和缺乏之处留学生生源不足留学生生源国分布不平衡经济 发展相对落后知名品牌相对缺乏留学教育服务贸易相关政策落后等等 根据上述分析广西东盟籍留学生资源开发中应充分利用内部和外部资源克服广西 高等教育留学生资源开发内部的弱势使广西留学生资源开发的内部外部发展取得协 调巩固提高广西留学生资源开发的固有优势形成广西留学生教育的特色优势同时充 分利用比较优势促使广西留学生教育提高竞争力让更多东盟国家了解广西让广西的 留学生教育取得更大的发展 关健词 S W O T 分析法 东盟籍留学生 资源开发

And the SWOT analysis method is often used
7、 in Strategic research.This paper analyzes the outside and inside environment in the process of the developing strategy by SWOT.And on the basses of this it put forward the development countermeasure to the development of the foreign students of Association of Southeast Asian Nations nationality in

The close history and geography origin and the establishment of “China - ASEAN Free Trade Area” has created the good external condition for the GuangXi Association of Southeast Asian Nations nationality foreign student resources development The tendency of higher educations internationaliz
9、ation causes the expanding of its scale and the space the phenomenon of “the Chinese languages popularity” impels its developing speed. On the other hand as our countrys higher educations opening to the world respectively and various countries have various characteristics at higher educations develo
10、pment and the different demands for foreign study as well as more and more keen competition of the international domestic grab foreign student market these have brought the new challenge for the development advancement. With so many years constructions the Guangxi foreign student education has had c
11、ertain development strength regardless of being the position the price superiority and the disciplines the humanities superiority are the main agent which facilitate the peripheral ASEAN country students to come Guangxi for study. But we should also notice the problem of the insufficiency and lackin
12、g of place in this process The source of foreign students is insufficient the countries that foreign students come from are not balanced the far behind III development of economy and the well-known brands are lacking and the policies which are related to trade and services of abroad study is behind
13、and so on. According to the above analysis we should use the internal and external resource fully in the Guangxi Association of Southeast Asian Nations nationality foreign student resource development and overcomes the Guangxi higher education the foreign student resource development internal weak t
14、rend to make the Guangxi foreign student resource development be coordinated both in interior and exterior development and to form the characteristic and superiority of the Guangxi foreign students education. In the meantime we should make full use of comparative superiority to enhance the Competiti
15、ve power of Guangxi foreign students education and to let more ASEAN countries understand Guangxi and at last to let Guangxis foreign students education make a bigger progress.
