1、河南大学 硕士学位论文 中生学习自控力与注意稳定性、学习成绩的关系及其教育启示 姓名：张佳佳 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：心理健康教育 指导教师：范丽恒；陆水东 2011-03 I 摘 要 学习自控力是人格品质的重要组成部分， 对学生的学习行为的调节和控制起着非常 重要的作用，学习自控力的提高也有助于个体其它方面品质的发展。学习自控力和注意 稳定性是影响学生学业成绩的重要因素， 而初中生是培养学习自控力和注意稳定性的重 要时期。 所以研究学习自控力和注意稳定性与学习成绩的关系对初中生而言具有重大意 义。因此，本研究选择了学习自控力、注意稳定性来考察他们与学习成绩的关系以及他 们对学习成绩的影响，
2、并提出教育建议，希望通过这些研究为以后的教学工作提供一些 参考价值。 本研究综合以往的研究， 以开封地区的 576 名初中生为研究对象， 先对修订后的 初 中生注意稳定性问卷进行预测、分析，然后对被试进行初中生学习自控力问卷和 该问卷的正式施测，以及收集被试的学习成绩并转换标准分，通过这些研究主要探讨了 初中生学习自控力的总体现状及发展特点； 学习自控力、 注意稳定性和学习成绩的关系； 最后探讨了注意稳定性在学习自控力学习成绩的关系中的中介效应。 研究结论如下： 1. 初中生的学习自控力在总体上处于中等略微偏高的水平， 初中女生的学习自控力 显著高于男生，初一至初三年级学习自控力逐渐下降，市级
3、学校学生的学习自控力 显著高于县级的学校，独生子女的学习自控力显著高于非独生子女。 2. 初中生学习自控力与成绩呈显著正相关；初中生注意稳定性与成绩呈显著正相 关；初中生注意稳定性与学习自控力呈显著正相关。 3. 初中生的学习自控力对其成绩具有显著的预测作用。 4. 注意稳定性在学习自控力与成绩之间起中介作用。 关键词：学习自控力，注意稳定性，学习成绩，初中生，教育启示 III ABSTRACT The ability of self-control in learning is an important component of personality qualities which pla

It is important to train the ability of self-control in learning and the attention stability which are the key factor that influe
5、nce the students academic performance in the period of junior high school. So this study has choosed the ability of self-control in learning and the attention stability to investigate the correlativity between the two factors and students academic performance in order to examine the effect on studen
6、ts academic performance. Furthermore, this research put forward some educational suggestion according to the results with the hope of providing reference value for the teaching work in the future. The research has predictive tested and analysized the Attention Stability Questionnaire for the Junior
7、High School Students, then used the two questionnaires which contains The ability of Self-control in Learning Questionnaire for the Junior High School Students and the Attention Stability Questionnaire for the Junior High School Students, collected the academic performance of the students and change
8、d them into the standard scores, which were based on the previous researches on these variables and used nearly to six-hundred of the junior high school students in Kaifeng city as the testee. This study mainly discusses the general situation and development characteristics of the ability of self-co
9、ntrol in learning, the correlativity in the three factors, mediating effect of the attention stability in the correlativity of the ability of self-control in learning and academic performance. The research obtains the following results: 1. The junior high school students ability of self-control in l
10、earning is a little more than the middle level in the the general situation; the girls scores on the ability of self-control in learning are higher than the boys markedly; the students ability of self-control in learning decreased gradually from grade 1 to grade 3; the urban students ability of self
11、-control in learning are higher than the students in the country markedly; the students ability of self-control in learning who are the only child in the family are higher than those who are not the only child in the family. 2. There are marked positive correlation exist in the ability of self-contr
12、ol in learning and the attention IV stability, in the ability of self-control and academic performance, in the ability of self-control in learning and academic performance. 3. The junior high school students ability of self-control in learning can forecast academic performance significantly. 4. The
13、attention stability plays the mediating effect in the ability of self-control in learning and academic performance. 14、文化知 识，为将来的、更深层次的学习和工作打下坚实的基础。而在目前，学习成绩仍旧是考 察学生学习效果的一个主要的标准，一直是老师和家长最为关心的问题。影响学生学习 成绩的因素有很多，如学习方法、教师的讲课水平、学生自身的基础、学习的自觉性、 学习时间等。除此之外，学生在学习过程中是否能按照社会要求和自身的观念主动对自 己的学习行为进行调节和控制，改善自己的学习行为和状态，即学习自我控制力，也是 影响学习成绩的重要因素。另外，学生在学习过程中需要在一定时间内保持高度集中的 注意，即注意稳定性。注意稳定性会影响学生的学习效率，进而也会影响他们的学习成 绩。 初中阶段是人生中成长的关键时期，开始向成
15、人逐渐过渡。在这个阶段，他们的生 理、心理等方面都发生巨大的变化，进而影响他们行为。而处于青春期的初中学生，由 于青春期阶段特有的心理，再加之社会上出现的各种各样的诱惑，他们往往比较缺乏对 自己的学习行为进行控制的能力。因此，如何提高学生的学习自控力是需要重视和解决 的问题。 近年来，学习自我控制力的研究已经成为教育学和心理学共同关注的话题。以往虽 有关于学习自控力的研究，但是集中在学习自控力与情绪智力、学习自控力与学习动机 等方面，也有研究初步证实学习自我概念通过学习自控力对学习成绩产生影响，但并没 有研究揭示学习自控力与学习成绩之间到底是怎样的一种关系， 学习自控力是如何对学 习成绩起作用
16、。鉴于学习自控力对学习成绩和学生其他方面的重要性，本研究试图通过 了解初中生的学习自控力的特点，进一步探讨学习自控力与注意稳定性、学习成绩之间 的关系，并提出一些提高学生的学习自控力和注意稳定性的建议，希望可以促进学生对 自己的学习行为进行有效的控制，进而提高他们的学习成绩。 第一部分 文献综述 3 第一部分 文献综述 1.学习自控力研究综述 1.1 学习自控力的概念 Karoly（1993）指出，自我控制是个体为了理想的长远目标而能够抵御眼前快乐的 诱惑或承受眼前的痛苦、不愉快。学习自我控制，Nancy（2000）提出它是指个体是为 了完成任务而设置目标，运用策略，并监控行为表现的一个过程，包含个人特质、自我 检验和反馈等成分。Myonghee（2005）认为学习自控包括认知、行为和动机三个方面。 在学习上表现出来的自我控制能力，称为学习自我控制力。 关于学习自控力的概念，国内不同研究者做了不同的理解。张灵聪（2001）从注意 功能和行为的角度出发，把学习自控定义为学生为保证学习目标的实现，调整自己的行 为，使自己的注意力维持在学习活动上。在学习自控过程
