11、wareness, deepen the County, General Secretary化验室分析室作业指导书一、化学试剂配制作业指导书1目的为保证化学分析所用溶液配制及试验准确性和规范性,特制定本规程。2 范围本规程适用于化验室分析试验所用溶液。3 引用标准 GB/T176-2008 水泥化学分析方法 GB/T601-2002化学试剂 标准滴定溶液配制4 主要内容4.1 酸溶液4.1.1 盐酸(11):将盐酸以同体积水稀释。4.1.2 盐酸(15):将1体积盐酸以5体积水稀释。4.1.3 盐酸(19):将1体积盐酸以9体积水稀释。4.1.4 盐酸(110):将1体积盐酸以10体积水稀释。

12、4.1.5 盐酸(397):将3体积盐酸以97体积水稀释。4.1.6 硝酸(11):将硝酸以同体积水稀释。4.1.7 硫-磷混合酸:将150亳升硫酸缓缓注入500亳升水中,冷却后加入150亳升磷酸,再加水稀释至1升。4.1.8 硝酸(120):将1体积硝酸以20体积水稀释。4.1.9 硫酸(11):将硫酸缓缓注入同体积水中。4.1.10 盐酸(12):将1体积盐酸以2体积体积水稀释。4.2 碱溶液4.2.1 氨水(11):将氨水以同体积水稀释。4.2.2 氢氧化钾(200g/L):将200g/L氢氧化钾溶于1L水中。4.2.3 氢氧化钠(10g/l):将10g氢氧化钠溶于1L水中。4.2.4

13、氨水(12):将1体积氨水以2体积水稀释。4.3 盐溶液4.3.1 氟化钾溶液(150g/L):将150g氟化钾(KF.2H2O)放在塑料杯中,用水稀释至1000ml,贮存在塑料瓶中.4.3.2 氟化钾溶液(20g/L):将20g氟化钾(KF.2H2O)溶于1000mL水中, 贮存于塑料瓶中.4.3.3 氯化钾(50g/L):将50g氯化钾溶于1L水中。4.3.4 氯化钾-乙醇溶液(50g/L):将50g氯化钾溶于500mL水中,用95(V/V)乙醇稀释至1L。4.3.5 硝酸铵溶液(20g/L):将20g硝酸铵溶于1L水中,以甲基红为指示剂,用氨水(11)中和至呈微碱性反应。4.3.6 氯化

14、钡溶液(100g/L):将100g氯化钡溶于1000mL水中,过滤后使用。4.3.7 氟化铵溶液(100g/L):将10g氟化铵溶于100ml水中,贮存于塑料瓶中。4.3.8 铯溶液(50g/L):称取63.4g光谱纯氯化铯(CsCl)置于烧杯中,加适量水溶解后,用水稀释至1L.4.3.9 硝酸银溶液(10g/L):将1g硝酸银溶于90mL水中,加入510mL硝酸,贮存于棕色瓶中。4.3.10 碳酸铵(100g/L):将10g碳酸铵溶于100ml水中(使用时配制)。4.4 指示剂溶液4.4.1 磺基水杨酸钠溶液(100g/L):将10克磺基水杨酸钠溶于100mL水中.4.4.2 PAN溶液(2

15、g/L):将0.2克PAN溶于100mL乙醇中.4.4.3 半二甲酚橙溶液(5g/L):将0.5克半二甲酚橙溶于100mL水中.4.4.4 甲基百里香酚蓝指示剂(MTB):将1克甲基百里香酚蓝与20克已在105110烘过的硝酸钾混合研细,贮存于磨口瓶中。4.4.5 钙黄绿素-甲基百里香酚蓝-酚酞(110.2)混合指标剂(简称 CMP混合指示剂):准确称取1克钙黄绿素,1克甲基百里香酚蓝,0.2克酚酞与50克已在105110烘干过的硝酸钾混研细,贮存于磨口瓶中.4.4.6 酸性铬篮K-萘酚绿-B(12.5)混合指示剂:称取1.000克酸性铬性蓝K, 2.500克萘酚绿B,与50克已在105110

16、烘干过的硝酸钾混合研细,贮存于磨口瓶中。4.4.7 酚酞指示剂(10g/L):将1克酚酞溶于100mL乙醇中。4.4.8 甲基红指示剂(2g/L):将0.2克甲基红溶于100mL乙醇(95%)中。4.4.9 甲基橙指示剂溶液(2g/L):将0.2克甲基橙溶于100mL水中.4.4.10 对硝基酚指示剂(5g/L):将0.5克对硝基酚溶于100mL乙醇中.4.4.11 二苯胺磺酸钠指示剂(10g/L):将1克二苯胺磺酸钠溶于100mL水中,加入56滴硫酸(11).(此溶液随用随配,以免日久失效)4.4.12 溴酚蓝(1g/L):将0.1克溴酚蓝溶于100mL20(V/V)乙醇中.4.5 缓冲溶液4.5.1 乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液(
