1、排水管路中会存在着或多或少的泥沙等杂质排水管路中会存在着或多或少的泥沙等杂质我国的排水事业想要实现经济的可持续发展,就应积极的实践节能减排和发展低碳经济的目标。据调查我国排水企业的水泵在运行工作期间,即在有效的运行期内,其大部分的经费支出都用在了电费的消耗上,人工费和维护管理费用仅占了18,电费消耗却占据了大约百分之85。因此如何提高排水机械设备的运行效率以及质量就成为了关键的问题。下文将围绕如何提高排水机械设备的运行效率和质量的问题进行分析探讨。Drainage in China want to realize the sustainable development of economy,

14、种损失也就会越小。因此在进行管路选择时,需结合工作的实际情况选择尽可能大的管径,这时应将工况点调节至利用区右侧,这样能够有效的减少排水管路中的阻力损失,从而提高管路的运行效率。不过应该注意不要出现电动过载的问题,更要注意防止气蚀作用的发生,一般情况下,这一问题比较容易在高地区产生所以要特别注意这些防范工作。(1) the use of line pipe diameter should be relatively large.
