1、摘 随着科技的发展，人们开发了 空航天等方面，这些系统的共同特 复杂，往往就越容易发生故障。到 可靠性时，系统复杂化也就失去了 存在着尖锐的矛盾。但是实际的需要要求系统必须具备某种特定的功 能，也就是系统具有一定的复杂性，因此切合实际的研究系统的可靠 性指标，以此来更合理地设置系统的可靠性，对于提高系统的可靠性 具有很重大的指导意义。 可靠性理论是以产品的寿命特征作为主要研究对象的一门综合 性和边缘性学科，它是研究系统可靠性很重要的工具之一，在研究系 统可靠性时，它的缺陷在于一般都假设系统部件的寿命之间相互独 立，而没有涉及部件寿命之间相依的情况。除了对部件相依性的研究 很复杂之外，重要的是没
2、有非常有力工具来刻画相依性。C o p u l a 函 数的出现，为研究部件相依时系统的可靠性提供了一个十分有力的工 具。鉴于可靠性理论在研究系统可靠性时的缺陷以及现实要求系统具 有高可靠性，本文应用C o p u l a 函数的有关理论来探讨部件部分相依 系统的可靠性指标。 C o p u l a 函数又称为连接函数，它是S k l a r 在1 9 5 9 年提出的，其 特点在于把随机变量的联合分布与边际分布连接在一起，具有一些良 好的性质和独特的优点。本文应用C o p u l a 函数探讨部件部分相依系 统的可靠性，既突破了可靠性理论中只研究系统中部件完全独立的情 形，又突破了部分学者
3、基于C o p u l a 理论的部件完全相依的情形，反应 了现实的普遍性。本文着重探讨串联系统、并联系统、串一并联系统、 并一串联系统几个简单系统的常用可靠性指标，研究如何对可靠性指 标进行“统一化“ 形式的描述，得到了系统的可靠度、失效率以及故 障前平均时间的C o p u l a 函数表达式，同时针对每一个系统还给出了 相应的数值算例。 关键词C o p u l a 函数，可靠度，失效率，故障前平均时间 A BS T R A C T W i t ht h ed e v e l o p m e n to ft e c h n o l o g y , p e o p l eh a v ed
