Unit的拆装 nozzle:Bolt1).Nozzle unit的拆卸最好在St7,8,9号工位(st7号位为吸着位).2).将Za, zb移到换料位, 手轮摇到CT = 90左右.3).准备M2.5的内六角螺丝刀.4).将6个M2.5的Bolt取下 (其中中间2个是长的).5).完成上述工作后即可将Unit取下 nozzle.Nozzle unit的安装:1) 在St8号位 (ct约为90).2) 将Unit装上 nozzle.3) 锁紧6个螺钉.在Unit安装完成后: 要进行高度, 中心计 nozzle测和头补正的计测.Nozzle的高度计测
2、:F1 Machine initialization.F5 basis data.f2 offset Nozzle nozzleSetting.自动计测.Nozzle的中心计测:F1 Machine initialization.F5 basis data.f1 Nozzle Nozzle CenterMeasurement.自动计测.Head Position offset (的计测 头补正):F1 Machine initialization.F5 Nozzle basis data.f3 Head pos check.自动计测.准备: 黑基板, 2125c的元件.做Scale会产生Off
3、set.而做完 PCBHead PositionOffset后也会产生PCB offset.16 * 68 * 6 * 62. Unit的分解 nozzle:CDToBTo 部分一般的情况下是不拆的 (Plate)因为拆下后如果装的不好将会造成,漏气的现象.(b 要拆卸的话 架子)要将: 1)Cam follower (N11) 上的螺母(N10), 垫圈 (N18), 17的几个部件取下.2) 再将的螺钉取下 (N22) M3 * 8.这时即可将(b 架子) 取下.取下架子后, 要小心N13部件Guide的滚 LM珠掉出.C部分的拆卸: 将N12 (M3 * 5) 的螺钉取下, 即可取出.R
4、od brake padHead.Spring.holder.D部分的拆卸: 将Pin (8) 头部的锁紧螺钉取下.n2的销子.pin和Spring.上述完成后即可将的整个单元从上往下敲出 rod (15).3.切刀和吸嘴交换的整个架子拆卸:Cover切刀的导向块6个bolt1.将Cover拆下 (共8个螺钉).2.将吸嘴交换部分LM(b) 与连杆脱开 Guide.(a) 部分与连杆脱 3.将切刀开(为方便拆卸可将.Duct与切刀的导向块取下)4.将吸嘴交换的LM Guide(b) 用扎带绑住.贴装吹气5.将架上的吸嘴原点传感器吸嘴检,测传感器和大部品检测传感器拆下.6.将托架与机器的机架脱开
