2、印或扫描等复制手段保存、汇编学位论文。（保密的学位论文在解密后应遵守此规定）签名：导师签名：日期：年月日摘要摘要从上个世纪末以来，我国中等职业学校的发展逐渐滑坡，其生存和发展面临重重困难。而越来越多的各种校园危机事件的发生对中等职业学校来说无疑是雪上加霜。在国家大力发展职业教育的今天，中等职业学校如何抓住机遇，转“危”为“机”，成为中等职业学校发展中非常重要的课题。在中等职业学校中实施危机管理，有助于中等职业学校以最快的速度化解危机，使危机的危害性减小到最低程度，在危机发生后总结经验教训，为将来的危机管理提供依据。本文主要针对目前我国中等职业学校的危机和危机管理现状，进行了调查研究，借鉴国内外
3、专家学者的研究成果，对中等职业学校的危机和危机管理进行了分析，指出中等职业学校危机管理中存在的主要问题，提出了中等职业学校危机管理的原则和对策。本文主要研究了以下内容：首先，针对中等职业学校面临的实际情况和自身的特点，说明了本文的选题背景，对目前国际国内关于学校危机管理的研究现状进行了梳理，提出了本文的研究意义，确定了研究的方法。其次，对中等职业学校危机的相关概念内涵包括中等职业学校危机的定义、分类进行了概念梳理，对危机管理的阶段划分理论和模式进行了分析。通过概念梳理和理论分析，为后面的论述打下了理论基础。再次，对于我国中等职业学校危机和危机管理的现状进行了调查研究和分析，指出了目前中等职业学
4、校危机管理中存在的主要问题，并探讨了存在这些问题的原因。最后，结合我国中等职业学校危机及危机管理的现状和其他类型学校校园危机管理的经验，提出了我国中等职业学校危机管理的原则和基本对策。我国中等职业学校危机管理的原则是：生命安全第一原则、事前预防制度化原则、防范训练日常化原则、快速反应原则和及时有效沟通原则。我国中等职业学校危机管理的基本对策是：加强危机管理制度建设、重视危机能力培育、完善信息沟通机制和实施危机管理评价机制。关键词：中等职业学校，危机，危机管理IAbstractAbstractSince the end of last century, the development of th

Moreover, for some vocational schools, it is worse because of moreand more school crisis. Nowadays, it has been a very important issue for the vocationalschools
6、to grasp the opportunity to strengthen themselves under the condition of thenation policy. Crisis management has been carried out in the vocational schools, andthis helps the vocational schools to defuse the crisis at a very fast speed, to reduce thecrisis to a minimum. The vocational schools should
7、 draw the conclusion after eachcrisis, and it can provide proof for crisis management in the future.In this paper, the author made a research and survey about the current crisissituation and crisis management in the vocational schools of China, and then using thedomestic and foreign experts achievem
8、ent, the author analyzed the crisis and the crisismanagement, and pointed out the main problem, then came up with the ideas andprinciples of dealing with the crisis management. The paper tells us the followingpoints:First, aiming at the actual situation and its own characteristics of the vocationals
