2、表达形式的一致性,前法律语篇信息树状结构,后法律语篇信息逻辑结构,翻译批评模块,本研究之翻译批评主要涉及法律文本Deed of Covenants and Guarantee原文本与译文本在文本特色、文本风格、文本功能的比较； 以“比较”为基础分两个视角开展翻译批评：一是“微观（细节）翻译批评”，一是“宏观（大处）翻译批评”；,微观（细节）翻译批评,着重从词汇、句法、语篇三个层面切入：词汇方面包括少数词汇过于口语化、译文与原文不对应、译名使用不统一，以及错译；句法方面包括状语成分位置不当、语言表达逻辑混乱、搭配不当、错译，以及“的”字立法语句成分残缺；语篇方面主要对比原文本与译文本的文本结构。
