In case no settlement can be reached, the case in dispute shall then be submted to the Foreign Trad Arbration mission of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade for Arbration in

10、于（路、街）号，前后南北向呈一字形排列，栋塔吊位于轴处；栋塔吊位于轴处，两塔均为型塔机，臂长，因此两塔在回转作业时吊臂易发生碰撞，为了防止意外事故发生，保证安全生产正常进行，甲、乙双方经协商制定安全操作技术措施，详细如下：1、甲、乙双方聘用塔吊驾驶员必须持有效证件上岗，禁止酒后作业。2、两塔塔臂高度差不少于2M；目前栋塔臂高度M、栋塔臂高度M，栋塔臂最终高度M、栋塔臂最终高度M。3、甲、乙双方协商要求塔吊驾驶员操作前必须对塔机各行程限位进行自检并做好交接，严禁塔机带病作业，作业中塔吊司机必须做到先鸣笛、后起钩，先观察、后摆臂再加速的原则进行操作。4、五级风以上（含五级）停止作业。5、遇有雾天、
