Only bands 1 - 19 can be processed by FLAASH, and maybe ban
9、d 26 although during testing, it has always been marked as a bad band when processed in FLAASH due to low radiance values.Convert the BSQ data to BIL via Basic Tools -Convert Data.Assign the proper wavelength information to each of the 19 bands. Wavelength information can be found from the MODIS web
10、site here.Currently (in ENVI 4.2 and 4.3), there is a bug in the MODIS filter function file in ENVI where bands 1 and 2 are reversed. You can recreate a proper MODIS filter function by doing the following:Open the modis.sli in the Spectral Library Viewer from the /envi42/filt_func directory.Display
11、band 2 *first*, then band 1 so that in the Plot Key, Band 2 is listed first.Rename Band 2 to Band 1 and Band 1 to Band 2 in the Plot window, Edit -Data parameters dialog.Then click on the remaining bands (3 - 19) so that they are displayed in the plot window.Save the plot window as a new spectral library via File -Save Plot As-Spectral Library. This will be your new MODIS filter function file.Note: Anytime you wish to atmospherically correct disjointed bands, a new filter function file must be created because the files are indexed from the first entry as band 0 and assumed t
