13、开始，为了进一步规范毕业设计管理，提高我院毕业设计的质量，现对毕业设计工作提出如下要求：一、各系部工作及要求：各系部应成立毕业设计工作小组，具体负责本系部毕业设计工作的全程管理，特别是中后期毕业设计的检查和指导、毕业答辩、毕业设计工作总结和有关材料的归档等项工作。二、指导教师工作及要求：为确保毕业设计质量，毕业设计指导教师一般应具有中级(含中级)以上职称的教师担任；每一位指导教师，在同一时间所指导的学生，一般以10人左右为宜，最多不超过20人。指导教师的工作：填写毕业设计任务书，指导学生写作毕业设计，解答疑难问题；定期检查进度与质量；督导学生按期完成各阶段的毕业设计任务；写出指导教师评语等。指
14、导教师评语包括以下内容：毕业设计内容与题目相符合的程度；毕业设计的内容是否符合国家方针、政策和有关技术规定以及采用先进的科学技术和工作方法等情况；毕业设计的质量，包括文字、语言、图纸与曲线、尺寸标注等；毕业设计的主要优缺点；学生在毕业设计中表现的独立工作程度和分析解决问题的能力。 三、对学生的要求毕业生应完成下列工作：完成开题报告和写作大纲；毕业设计过程中，学生应定期向指导教师汇报工作进展情况；填写中期检查学生自查表；按规范撰写设计和进行毕业答辩；答辩前一周，将毕业设计交答辩小组；做好答辩前的各项准备工作，按时参加毕业设计答辩。毕业设计成绩不及格的学生，须向所在系部提出申请，经系部批准后，重做
15、毕业设计。四、规范毕业设计的撰写各系部要严格按河南工程学院学院毕业设计（论文）撰写规范要求撰写毕业设计(见附件二、三)。五、毕业答辩工作1、各专业设毕业答辩小组，在系部毕业设计工作小组的领导下，具体负责本专业毕业生的毕业答辩工作。小组设组长一名，成员三至五人，秘书一名。答辩小组的工作：具体负责排定本小组的答辩次序；组织学生答辩，拟定答辩评语，评定答辩成绩；及时汇报、研究、处理答辩中出现的各种问题；写出答辩工作总结。2、毕业答辩以公开方式进行。每位学生答辩时间为：学生自述10-15分钟，提问及答辩10-15分钟。自述主要包括：毕业设计的内容、结构，设计主要特点、分析和计算的主要依据与结论。3、毕
16、业设计成绩（评定）（1） 采用五级记分制评定成绩：优秀（90100分）、良好（8089分）、中等（7079分）、及格（6069分）、不及格（60分以下）。要求优秀的比例一般控制在20%以内（从答辩学生中产生）； （2） 毕业设计成绩首先指导教师、评阅教师和和答辩小组各自按百分制给出，然后由答辩委员会综合评定，其中指导教师成绩占40%，评阅教师成绩占30%，毕业答辩成绩占30%，（没有参加答辩的学生按指导教师成绩占60%，评阅教师成绩占40%评定）。（3）五级记分制评分参考标准(见附件三)。六、做好毕业设计归档工作 毕业设计工作结束后，各系部应归档本届毕业设计相关的档案材料：毕业设计任务书；毕业设计开题报告；毕业设计；毕业设计中期检查报告；毕业设计评价意见；毕业答辩记录及工作总结；优秀毕业设计汇编。附件一：河南工程学院毕业设计（论文）撰写规范二：毕业设计（论文）样本三：毕业设计成绩评分标准附表一：
