4、破解污泥细胞。本文研究了热处理对剩余污泥脱水性能的影响,以离心30min后泥饼的含水率衡量污泥的可脱水程度,以污泥比阻(SRT)衡量污泥的过滤速度。实验结果表明,随着温度的升高,污泥的可脱水程度增大,污泥比阻降低。在160的条件下水解之后,泥饼的含水率可从原泥离心后的723降至61,比阻从521x1012mkg降至179x1012mkg。VSS随热水解温度的升高和时间的延长不断增大,在160热水解90min之后溶解率上升到7535。对于污泥离心之后的滤出液,SCOD随温度的升高时间的延长不断增大,在160热水解90min后SCOD浓度达到457417mgL,氨氮、总氮浓度也随温度的上升而加大,

5、在150水解后氨氮的浓度达到15284mgL,总氮在160C水解后达到53318mgl,相比原污泥的滤出液分别增加了8390mgL、46409mgL。pH和碱度随热水解温度的升高缓慢的下降。酸碱处理都能使污泥中水分的分布发生改变,改善污泥脱水性能。实验结果表明,酸碱处理对污泥脱水程度、过滤速度提高不明显,pH=l、pH=13的情况下泥饼的含水率分别为69和70,酸预处理后污泥的可脱水程度略高于碱预处理。滤出液的SCOD都呈上升的趋势。酸处理后在pH-3时SCOD达到最大,为28885mgL:碱处理后在pH=13时SCOD急剧上升,达到56829mgL。总氮和氨氮也呈上升趋势,在pH=13时总氮

6、的值达到最大,为10596mgL,在pH=3时氨氮的值达到最大,为8519mgL。本实验研究了pH=l酸处理后,在不同温度下剩余污泥的水解60min的情况。酸预处理之后再通过热处理,可以在较低的温度同样达到释放污泥颗粒内部水分的作用。在120热酸预处理后对污泥的可脱水程度大大的提高,泥饼的含水率已下降至58,达到实验研究的目的。160热酸处理后泥饼的含水率为47,相比单独热水解后泥饼的含水率下降了1302。热酸处理后的滤出液水质比热水解处理之后的要好。通过正交实验,得出三个因素对污泥脱水程度和脱水速率的影响,三个因素的重要性依次为pH、温度、时间。关键词g剩余污泥;脱水性能;热处理;酸碱处理;
