4、硕 士 学 位 论 文 摘 要 伴随着旅游业的蓬勃发展，旅游地的环境质量经受着严峻的考验，旅游活动对经济和社会的可持续发展也构成严重威胁。为了实现旅游业的可持续发展，必须科学、合理的确定旅游地的旅游环境承载力。 本文首先从概念及指标体系和定量化研究两方面对国内外旅游环境承载力研究进展进行了详细的归纳。在现有理论基础上，根据长阳清江风景名胜区的风景区类型，构建了山水型区域类型的旅游环境承载力的指标体系。 接着，以旅游可持续发展为前提，建立了旅游环境承载力物元分析模型，对长阳清江风景名胜区旅游环境承载力及子承载力进行综合评价。评价结果表明：长阳清江风景名胜区旅游环境承载力为级水平，其旅游业处于可持
5、续发展阶段；旅游活动的旺季和淡季对风景区旅游环境承载力及子承载力均会产生一定的影响，旅游旺季与淡季相比，旺季时游客量多，经济发展较快，生态环境破坏较严重，旅游设施接待能力不足、档次不够；淡季时游客量少，自然、社会资源闲置，导致其经济发展缓慢；旅游旺季的旅游设施承载力和旅游淡季的社会经济承载力均处于级水平，分别为该时间段旅游可持续发展的最主要限制性因素。 另外，本文还将物元分析法与生态足迹法的评价结果进行对比分析，认为同时运用物元分析法和生态足迹法对长阳清江风景名胜区进行综合评价，可互相取长补短，获得较精确的研究结果。最后，针对长阳清江风景名胜区旅游可持续发展中存在的问题，提出了具体的调控对策。

7、c and social. In order to achieve sustainable development of tourism, it is quite important to make certain tourist environmental bearing capacity rationally and scientifically. At first, the progress of tourism environmental bearing capacity was made a detailed study on the concept and index system
8、, also the quantitative study. Based on current theory and according to the tourism destination of Changyang Qingjiang scenic area, Index system of the tourism environmental bearing capacity in mountain-river scenic area was established. Then, on the premise of sustainable development of tourism, a
9、matter-element analysis model for tourism environmental bearing capacity was set up to evaluate the tourism environmental bearing capacity and sub-bearing capacities of Changyang Qingjiang scenic area. It was proved that the tourism environmental bearing capacity of Changyang Qingjiang scenic area w
10、as in the level, and its tourism was in a sustainable stage of development. Tourism environmental bearing capacity and its sub-bearing capacities were influenced by the peak season and the off-season. Compared to them, during the peak season, there were more tourists, more rapid economic development
11、, more ecological destruction, and lack of the reception capacity of tourist facilities in quantity and quality; during the off-season when tourists were less, natural and social resources were left idle, leading to slow pace of economic development. Tourism facilities bearing capacity in the peak s
12、eason and social economic bearing capacity in the off-season got off to level, which were the most important limiting factor for the sustainable development of tourism during the period of time respectively.
