4、种用于业务流程建模的 Petri 网方法，并利用该方法进行实例分析，建模与仿真。本文首先对国内外业务流程研究现状进行了评述，提出研究的问题，即基于信息技术的物流配送业务流程优化与仿真。通过参考 Petri 网建模仿真的相关文献，本文提出了一种基于面向对象时间 Petri 网的建模方法，该方法克服了一般 Petri 网建模的复杂性缺点。采用面向对象的方法，可以把数据处理的内容和方法封装在 Petri网模型中，对于单个对象 Petri 网模型的内部方法与内容的改动不会对其他对象产生影响。然后针对该方法建立了物流配送 Petri 网模型，并利用 Petri 网的相关理论对模型进行了分析，建立的模型是
5、正确的，可用的。利用提出的建模方法，针对某物流场站的物流配送业务流程建立 Petri 网模型。该场站正在实施企业信息化，重新设计业务流程。本文针对设计后的业务流程建立Petri 网模型，并对模型进行分析，证明了模型的正确性、可用性。以周期时间作为参数，利用 ExSpect 软件对模型进行仿真。通过对结果进行分析，建立优化的 Petri网模型，并利用软件进行仿真。按照一定的评价标准对两次仿真结果进行对比，验证了优化模型的优化程度，进而反映出本文提出的面向对象时间 Petri 网能够较好的用于业务流程建模。关键词：物流配送；业务流程优化；面向对象；Petri 网 -I- 哈尔滨工业大学管理学硕士学
