2、多不足之处和亟待加强的薄弱环节。本文在对独立学院思想政治教育现状 进行了比较全面调查的基础上，进一步分析了影响思想政治教育实效性的各种因素， 探讨增强独立学院思想政治教育实效性的措施与对策。全文除了绪论以外，分为三 个部分： 第一部分：独立学院学生思想政治教育的现状。以湖北省部分独立学院为例， 在进行大量文献调研的同时，以问卷调查作为主要方法，对独立学院学生思想政治 教育的现状（特别是独立学院学生思想政治素质现状和思想政治理论课的教育教学 现状）进行全面的调查了解，归纳出当前独立学院学生思想政治教育工作中存在的 主要问题。 第二部分：影响独立学院思想政治教育实效性的主要因素分析。影响独立学院
3、思想政治教育实效性的因素，主要来自独立学院及其学生思想政治教育工作自身存 在的问题、社会环境的负面影响两个方面。独立学院及其学生思想政治教育工作自 身影响其实效性的因素主要包括独立学院管理体制和运行机制、独立学院日常思想 政治教育管理工作不到位、独立学院思想政治理论课教育教学效果不佳等诸多方面； 思想政治教育的社会环境中，对独立学院学生思想政治教育实效性产生影响的因素 则主要来自国际环境、国内环境。 第三部分：增强独立学院学生思想政治教育实效性的对策分析。针对前两部分 的现状与原因分析，提出增强独立学院学生思想政治教育实效性的主要对策：完善 独立学院管理体制和运行机制；确立科学的学生思想政治教

5、dependent colleges. How to improve it is the major task that the ideological and political education of independent colleges must face and solve urgently. However the ideological and political education of independent colleges has made considerable progresses and accumulated a lot of experience sinc
6、e its appearance, but we also have to clearly understand that there are many shortcomings and weak links must be speedily strengthened facing the changing international and internal situation and various factors of the ideological and political education. In this paper, by actual surveying, it analy
7、sis in-depth the current status of the ideological and political education for independent colleges, and researches further the influencing elements and the channel of enhancing the actual effect. It includes three parts: Part I: the current status of the ideological and political education for inde
8、pendent colleges. Taking independent colleges of HuBei province as examples, it undertakes a through knowledge of the current status of the ideological and political education for independent college with conducting extensive literature research and the main method of the questionnaire survey to pre
9、pare the next study of the actual effect. Part II: analysis the main factors that impacts the actual effect of the ideological and political education for independent colleges. They include two aspects that the own problems of the teaching of ideological and political theory for independent colleges
10、 and the negative effects of social environment. The factors affecting the actual effect of the ideological and political education for independent colleges include teaching contents, teaching principal activities, teaching processes, teaching methods, teaching evaluation systems and so on in the te
11、aching process and international and domestic environment in the environment of the ideological and political education. Part III: analysis the countermeasures of enhancing the actual effect of the ideological and political education for independent colleges. According to first two parts, it advance
