1、中南民族大学 硕士学位论文 当代中华民族凝聚力析论 姓名：谭克宏 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：马克思主义民族理论与政策 指导教师：王奎正 20090501 中南民族大学硕士学位论文 I 摘 要 民族凝聚力实质上是民族文化的凝聚力，民族凝聚力的核心是民族精神，民族凝聚 力是民族精神的外在表现；民族凝聚力必须有与时俱进的民族精神作指导，否则民族就 会缺少凝聚力而成为“一盘散沙”或者走向负面“凝聚” 。当代中华民族凝聚力是在传 统中华民族凝聚力的基础上发展而来的，只是根据时代要求注入了新的时代内容。当代 中华民族凝聚力具有人民主体性、时代性、现代化、国际化等特征。影响当代中华民族 凝聚力的主要因素一是
2、生产力的发展速度和生产关系的变革， 二是对中华民族整体利益 的认知是否一致，三是中国共产党及其领导下的人民政府的先进性及其整合能力，四是 中华民族内部各阶层、各个利益团体的矛盾状况，五是当代民众的价值观和民族精神状 况。 中华民族离散力与中华民族凝聚力之间存在对立统一的辩证关系， 在中国特色社会 主义转型时期，必须处理好各种离散因素，一旦离散力居于主流地位，将给中华民族带 来深重的灾难。市场化和全球化对于当代中华民族凝聚力而言是一把“双刃剑” ，我国 应该充分利用经济市场化、全球化带来的机遇，正确认识并且积极应对它们所带来的不 利影响。自改革开放以来，当代中华民族凝聚力得到显著增强，但与此同时
3、，也面临着 严峻的挑战，存在不容忽视的问题。 增强当代中华民族凝聚力必须坚持“以人为本”的理念，努力构建和谐社会。当前， 我们的政治体制中存在两个较为突出的问题，严重影响民族凝聚力的增强，一是政治权 威的民主集中制缺乏刚性保证，二是公民的“主人翁”地位存在错位危机。当代增强中 华民族凝聚力的具体途径是全面实现小康，努力构建和谐社会，坚定不移地推进政治体 制改革，发展与时俱进的中华民族文化，提高全民族素质，巩固和发展民族统一战线， 增强港澳台同胞和海外华人对中华民族的向心力。 关键词： 当代 中华民族凝聚力 民族精神 和谐社会 当代中华民族凝聚力析论 II Abstract National c
4、ohesion is the cohesion of the national culture in essence. The core of national cohesion is the national spirit. The national cohesion is the external performance of the national spirit. National cohesion must be advancing with the times to be guided by the national spirit. Otherwise, the nation wi
5、ll become “a mess” or go to negative “pool” because of the lack of national cohesion. The contemporary Chinese national cohesion has developed on the basis of the traditional Chinese national cohesion, and only injected the contents of a new era according to the requirements of the times. The contem
6、porary Chinese national cohesion has some features, such as the people of contemporary subjectivity, the times, modernization and internationalization. These major factors that have affected the contemporary Chinese national cohesion have five points. The first is the tempo of productive forces and
7、the innovation of relations of production. The second is whether the cognition of the overall interest of the Chinese nation is consistent or not. The third is the progress and its integral ability of the Communist Party of China and the Peoples Government that is under the leadership of the Communi
8、st Party of China. The four is the situation of contradiction that includes all walks of life and the various interest groups within the Chinese nation. The five is the day-to-day values of the contemporary people and the situation of the national spirit. Between the Chinese national discrete power
9、and the Chinese nation cohesion has the dialectical relationships of the unity of opposites. In the transition period of socialism with Chinese characteristics, we must deal with a variety of discrete factors. Once the discrete power is living in the mainstream of the status, it will bring great suf
10、fering of the Chinese nation. Marketization and globalization is a “double-edged sword” in terms of the contemporary Chinese national cohesion. Therefore, we should make full use of the opportunities that was brought by Chinese economic marketization and globalization，and correctly understand and ac
11、tively respond to them by the adverse factors. Since the reforming and opening up, the contemporary Chinese national cohesion significantly has increased, but at the same time, it also faces tough challenges. There should not be ignored. Enhancing the contemporary Chinese national cohesion must adhe
12、re to the “people-oriented” philosophy, and strive to build a harmonious society. At present, there are two more prominent problems in our political system seriously, which has affected the enhancement of national cohesion. The one is the democratic centralism of political authority has the lack of
13、rigid assurance, and the other is the citizen “ownership“ status has the existence of dislocation crisis.
