3、和书面应用；掌握包装，运输，仓储、采购的几种方式及管理的相关英文表述及口头和书面应用；掌握物流信息系统、客户服务领域的相关的英文表述及口头和书面应用；掌握国际物流、第三方物流、供应链管理方面的有关英文表述及口头和书面应用；掌握货代流程和各类单证的格式及作用，及其英文表述。2、能力目标：能站在全球化的角度，充分认识物流运作的功能与特点，并能用物流运作流程方法初步分析企业的相关实际问题；能够用英语表达物流的相关术语，比较熟练、准确地翻译相关资料；基本具备查阅相关英文文献的能力。3、情感目标：能较顺畅地与同学和教师进行双语沟通，具有抗压和创新精神。六、课程内容UNIT 1 General Intro
