1、河南大学 硕士学位论文 开封市区空间结构分析与调控 姓名：徐冲 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：人文地理学 指导教师：刘静玉 2011-05 I 摘 要 城市是社会、经济、政治和文化等多因素聚合的产物。随着全球经济的迅猛发展， 城市的数量、人口不断增加，城市规模在不断扩大，城市空间结构也随之发生变化。因 此，对城市的研究，尤其是是对城市空间结构的研究显得日益重要。目前，开封正处在 城市化进程快速发展阶段，加大对城市空间结构的研究，及时分析城市空间结构存在的 问题，准确把握其空间结构变化趋势，制定相应的调控对策，对于城市规划、城市建设、 城市管理以及决策有着重要的现实意义并做出相应的调控。 本文运用城
2、市与区域规划、城市地理学、人文地理学等学科的相关理论，以八大古 都之一历史文化名城开封市为例展开研究， 在分析开封市城市空间结构历史演变过程 的基础上， 着重分析开封市当前空间结构的现状。 在分析过程中， 运用用地弹性系数法、 信息熵模型、网格分维法、空间句法等研究方法对开封市建成区面积扩张进、用地类型 结构、用地布局、城市道路可达性等方面进行研究。得出建成区面积与人口之间的异速 增长、用地结构基本趋于有序、用地分布维数变化快，城市交通可达性弱等结论。最后， 制定开封市城市空间结构调控的目标、 内容、 提出调控原则与对策。 本文共分五个部分， 主要内容如下： 第一章 绪论。包括文章的研究背景和
3、意义、研究内容、研究方法、国内外研究进 展。 第二章 理论基础介绍。包括城市空间结构的基础思想理论、城市空间结构的古典 理论、城市空间结构的现代理论、城市空间结构的规划理论。 第三章 开封市区空间结构的历史发展和现状的分析研究。包括对开封市的发展模 式、用地扩张速度、土地利用的结构和各类用地的分布情况以及市区交通情况几个方面 的发展现状进行分析， 在上述分析的基础上提出开封市区空间结构现存问题进行归纳和 总结。 第四章 对开封市空间结构问题基础上，结合新时期城市空间发展的有利因素和不 利因素，提出相应的调控目标、原则、内容与实施对策。 第五章 结论和展望部分，指出了本研究的主要结论、创新点和不

As the global economic developing rapidly, the number and population of cities is increasingly growing and the size of the cities is expanding,
5、the spatial structure of city is changed with the varied process. Therefore, research of the city, especially city is spatial structure is becoming extremely important for city construction. Nowadays, Kaifeng is in the rapid development stage of urbanization, by increasing the research on urban spat
6、ial structure and analyzing the problems of the spatial structure in time, grasping the spatial structure of trends accurately, taking appropriate control measures, it will be important and practical for the urban planning construction, urban management, and decisionmaking, in addition, it makes the
7、 appropriate regulation. In this paper, with the relevance theories of urban, regional planning, city geography and any other subjects, giving a focus on analyzing the current spatial structure of Kaifeng City by taking Kaifeng which is one of the eight ancient historical and cultural -city for exam
8、ple based on analyzing the historical evolution of the spatial structure of Kaifeng. In this analysis, evaluates the expansion of built-up area, structure of land type, land distribution, urban roads and other aspects of accessibility by using of elastic coefficient method, entropy models, grid frac
9、tal dimension method, space syntax and other methods. It shows: the built-up area increasing is different from the population growth rate, land structure tends to order, the dimension of land points Bouvet changes quickly, the total urban transport accessibility is weak and so on. Finally, it makes
10、many plans about the spatial structure control of Kaifeng, such as objectives, content, principles and proposed control measures. The thesis can be divided into five parts: Part : The first chapter is an introduction, including background, significance, main content, methods and progress of this res
11、earch. Part : The second chapter describes the basis theories. It includes the basis ideological theory, the urban spatial structure of the classical theory, the modern theory of urban spatial structure, urban spatial structure of the planning theory. IV Part : The third chapter is researched about
12、the historical development and current status of the spatial structure of Kaifeng City. In the part, including the expansion of land in Kaifeng, development patterns, land-use structure, the distribution of various types of land use, several aspects of the urban transport situation and problems anal
13、yzed and discussed. Part : The fourth chapter gives the countermeasures of objectives, principles, contents and implementation based on the combination of favorable and unfavorable factors of urban space in the development of Kaifeng City. Part : The fifth chapter points out the main conclusions of
14、this study, possible innovation and the lack. Key words: Spatial structure, Analysis, control, Kaifeng City 第 1 章 绪论 1 1 绪论 1.1 研究背景与意义 1.1.1 研究背景 21 世纪的今天， 全球城市都在经济全球化和信息经济的影响下发生了深刻变革， 每 个城市内部结构都会受到或大或小的不同影响。中国要实现经济的腾飞和民族的富强， 需要积极的全面融入世界经济体系， 这就同时赋予了中国城市的空间结构也必须做出相 应的调整，使其为那些新兴产业发展提供应有的空间，从而促进城市合理的
15、发展。 1.1.1.1 我国进入城市化快速发展阶段 1.1.1.1 我国进入城市化快速发展阶段 我国的城市化水平在 2002 年就达到 37%，根据美国经济地理学家诺瑟姆的“S”型 城市化发展曲线轨迹可以看出，城市化发展速度在 30%70%之间呈加速状态，在 50% 左右的时候达到加速度最大。 由我国目前强劲的发展态势以及 GDP 增长进行预测， 2010 年后中国的城市化水平仍将以至少每年 1 个百分点的水平快速上升，到 2020 年中国的 城市化水平将会达到 60%左右。长期以来，普遍认为中国的城市化水平滞后于工业化的 发展，随着经济全球化趋势的不断加剧和我国市场经济体系的不断完善，城市化
16、发展的 推动力将越来越大1。 随着城市化水平的不断提升，中国的城市空间扩展已经进入郊区化扩散阶段，同时 也面临着提高城市化水平以带动整个市域发展的任务，逐步实现城乡统筹协调发展，这 将对城市空间扩展的方向、重点、方式与途径产生深刻的影响。 1.1.1.2 新型工业化、知识经济与可持续发展 1.1.1.2 新型工业化、知识经济与可持续发展 进入 2l 世纪，为了面对工业化、信息化与全球资源环境问题的种种挑战，党的十六 大报告指出，坚持以信息化带动工业化，以工业化促进信息化，走出一条科技含量高、 经济效益好、 资源消耗低、 环境污染少、 人力资源优势得到充分发挥的新型工业化路子。 建设信息城市、网络城市、生态城市已经成为了城市结构与功能演变的必然趋势。 我国现有的多数城市仍以“摊大饼”发展模式为主，导致城市内部空间联系严重受 阻，城市交通极大地限制经济与社会活动，城市空间功能混乱、城市投资环境恶化、甚 至使一些城市产生“窒息”问题。因此，需要迫切的对城市空间结构存在的问题进行调 整、优化，才能更好的指导城市建设与管理。 开封市区空间结构分析与调控 2
