13、：西安市第三污水处理厂场正是在这个号召下建立起来的。全场地总占地面积323亩，总投资2.62亿元，日处理污水10万吨，回用水5万吨。项目分两期建设。一期工程日处理城市污水10万立方米，中水回用5万立方米，二期工程占地111.97亩，总服务面积2096公顷。二级处理采用以氧化沟为主的生物处理工艺，回用水采用絮凝、高密度沉淀池、气水反冲洗滤池的回用水处理工艺，二级污水处理量10万m3/d，回用水5万m3/d。项目总投资16532.78万元。运行的第三污水处理厂主要接纳河东西两岸和纺织城地区2509公顷范围内的工业废水和生活污水，服务人口29万人，它对提高西安市污水处理率、改善东郊地区污水排放标准起
14、到了重要作用。现三污水处理厂一期工程污水处理采用ORBAL氧化沟工艺，污泥采用机械浓缩、离心脱水处理，回用水采用混凝、沉淀、过滤工艺。 预计工程建成后将从根本上解决西安市东郊水质污染问题，改善浐河流域的生态环境，对西安市的城市水域环境改善、促进当地社会和经济的可持续发展起到积极的作用。第三污水处理厂污水排放执行的是城镇污水排放一级B标准。回用水经过混凝沉淀和砂滤等工序处理送往电厂作为冷却水使用。存在问题：西安市第三污水厂的一期工程建设规模为二级生物处理10万m3/d，回用水处理5万m3/d。2008年以来，随着收水区域排水管网的完善，污水厂进水量迅速增加。尤其是2008年四月以来，进厂水量每天
15、均维持在1113万m3/d之间，雨季时一般在1315万m3/d之间，并且进厂水质超出原设计进厂水水质最高达23倍。超出设计流量的污水未经处理直接溢流入浐河，严重影响了浐河景观水质。加快进行第三污水厂二期扩建工程建设，对浐灞区、纺织城区的发展和提高该地区的污水处理能力、进一步改善该地区的水环境质量是十分重要和必要的，也是非常迫切的。相关指标进水水质： COD=390 mg/L; BOD=200 mg/L; SS=250 mg/L ;NH3-N=20 mg/L; TP=4 mg/L出水水质： COD=60 mg/L; BOD=20 mg/L; SS=20 mg/L ;NH3-N=8 mg/L; T
16、P=1.5 mg/L回用水水质： COD=50 mg/L; BOD=10 mg/L; SS=5 mg/L ;TN=8 mg/L; TP=1.0 mg/L但是据工作认为进水指标远大于设计指标，有时甚至达到两倍以上。3.2、第三污水处理厂工艺流程图3.3 主要处理构筑物工艺设计参数3.3.1 粗格栅粗格栅间采用的是两组反捞式粗格栅，粗格栅安装于溢流井的出口处，溢流井作用为：为了不是处理工艺超负荷运行而破坏处理最优化状态，当水量过大，超过的处理负荷时，污水就从溢流井的侧面一流出去进入排水管道直接排入河流。两个反捞式粗格栅都用采用液位差实现自动控制，H=0.02m，当反捞扒停止时的液面与当前液面为0.02m时，反捞扒自动开启将粗渣捞起，送入螺旋输送装置运入渣斗，连续运行3-5分钟。粗格栅参数：长：1.5m,宽：1.0m，栅缝：20mm，安装倾角：75）。粗格栅前有速闭闸门，目的是为污水处理设备检修。污水从溢流井出口经排水管道流入河道。
