1、BPS method packages Current situation,Within the structure of elements in the BPS all methods have equal priority, i.e. there is no relative weighting of the various methods.在BPS基本的结构里,所有的方法都是同等重要,没有相对比较重要的部分。 Some methods have more of a tool-type nature一些方法有很多工具类型 (e.g. staff skills matrix员工技能矩阵),
