Create new Program 1) File - New project “Template selectio

8、n” dialog appears. Select PLC model then click OK. 2) Below screen appears. Double click Ladder. Code work sheet appears. Menu bar Icon Software Project tree Code work sheet Hardware 5 3. Save Project Please give file name before start programming. There is two type of save file. * Project (*.Mwt) .

9、 This is normal program file of SX PLC. It contains files and folders. Generally, loader software accesses these files. If any of files is missing, you cant open file. Therefore, DO NOT copy / move by window explore. * Compressed Project (*.Zwt) . This is compressed file. If you need to bring to oth

10、er computer, or send by e-mail . please use this. You can copy / move file by window explore. 3.1 Save Project 1) File - Save Project As/Zip Project As “Save/Zip project as” dialog appears. Select Folder, select file type as “Project Files (*.mwt)”, input File name, and then click Save. There are tw

11、o types of save file. * Project (*.mwt) . This is normal file of SX PLC program. It contains files and folders. Loader software accesses these files while edit. If any of files is missing, you cant open file. Therefore, DO NOT copy / move by window explore. * Zipped Project (*.zwt) . This is compres

12、sed file. If you need to bring to other computer, or send by e-mail . please use this. You can copy / move file by window explore. 6 4. Define hardware configuration 1) Double click “System definition” icon at Project tree. “System definition” dialog appears. 2) Select CPU, then right click mouse. “

13、Right click” menu appears. Select Insert. 3) “Module insert” dialog appears. Select “Module group type” : Processor link, “Outline specification” : NP1L-PL1, then click OK. 7 4) NP1L-PL1 module is configured. Select NP1L-PL1, open right click menu, select Insert. 5) “Module insert” dialog appears. S

14、elect “Module group type” : I/O master, “Outline specification” : NP1L-TL1, then click OK. 8 6) In the same way, insert other modules as shown below. 9 7) Select TL1, then right click mouse. “Right click” menu appears. Select Insert. 8) “Module insert” dialog appears. Select “Module group type” : Sl

15、ave, “Outline specification” : T-link Capsule, then click OK. 10 9) Select TK then right click mouse. “Right click” menu appears. Select Insert. 10) “Module insert” dialog appears. Select “Module group type” : Slave, “Outline specification” : T-link Capsule, then click OK. 11 11) Configure all of mo

16、dules as shown below. 12) Select CPU, open right click menu, select Property. 13) “Module property” dialog appears. Click Parameter. 12 14) “CPU parameter” dialog appears. Select “I/O Group Setting” tab, and click Standard setting to assign I/O modules for CPU. Select “Fail-soft operation setting” tab, select TL1, and click (A) to assign T-link I/O modules as fail-soft. Then click OK. 13 15) Select “System property”, open right click menu, select
