4、. Finally, shopping centers are always within easy reach. So it is convenient to get what one wants. While in the countryside, life will not be so convenient as in the city. The country, however, has its own attraction. People are close to nature and enjoy a quiet and gentle pace of life, which is e

5、xtremely good to their health. In addition, they have the advantage of knowing that there is always someone to turn to when they need help.As a popular saying goes: Each coin has two sides. Both the city and the country have disadvantages, too. City residents suffer a great deal from public hazards,

6、 such as noise and air pollution, while country dwellers have to go on expeditions to the nearest large town for anything slightly out of the ordinary. As far as I am concerned, Im one of the many city people who are always saying that given the choice we would prefer to live in the country far from

7、 the dirt and noise of the city. I have managed to convince myself that if it were not for my job, I would immediately head out for the open spaces and go back to nature in some sleepy village buried in the country.Part B: Listening Comprehension1.
