3、 r yU n i v e r s i t y 一 积的比重最大为3 5 9 9 ，V 类面积占林场总面积的比重最小为4 8 4 。并选用收益现值 法，结合林场实际情况使用专家打分法即D e l p h i 法编制了立地质量得分表，得出帽儿 、 山实验林场林地资源资产评估值为1 5 7 6 2 8 6 2 9 9 元。 此次评估利用二类调查成果同时收集了大量的相关评估数据，有利于今后对森林林 地资源资产的价值评估，为实现林地资源的资产化管理及促进林场资产的合理利用和优 化配置提供了基础性的数据。本次林地使用权评估是以用材林经营为依据，其评估结果 不适用于经济林及其他树种，更不能适用于非营林的其
