3、nd Party B, having reached an agreement based on the principles of equality, willingness and mutual benefit, hereby enter into this Contract on matters in relation to the Lease of the Property by Party A to Party B. 一、出租房屋情况 Condition of the Lease or Pre-Lease Property 1-1甲方出租（出租）给乙方的房屋座落在本市 区（区/县）

Before the signing of this Contract, Party A has already informed Party B that the Property has been subject to a mortgage. 1-3该房屋的公用或合用部位的使用
7、范围、条件和要求；现有装修、附属设施、设备状况和甲方同意乙方自行装修和增设附属设施的内容、标准及需约定的有关事宜，由甲、乙双方分别在本合同附件(二)、(三)中加以列明。甲、乙双方同意该附件作为甲方向乙方交付该房屋和本合同终止时乙方向甲方返还该房屋的验收依据。 The area and the use of the public or common part of the Property; the existing fixtures, facilities, condition of equipment and the contents, standard and other relevant
